Did anyone gained from it after/before 1 year period of wearing it?
I’m planing to buy penimaster extender and conjunct it with jelqing and some other exercises and I think that the constant stretch will help me a great with my lenght. What do you think ? any routine recommendation would help?

Don’t buy those noose crappy extenders. The vacuum extender or auto extender are much safer and better.
