I’ve started using an extender that I bought off ebay (LeLuv blue hyrbid) - shorturl.at/bpDW9

I’ve read posts where people are extending for hours on end everyday. My question is how are yall doing that? I’ve been only able to do at least 30 minutes at a time cause I’m scared of the coloration of the penis glans. Am i strapping to tight or to close to the head? when i touch it, the head is somewhat cold and to me looks redish purple. It just has me a bit scared and curious how i read people are able to extend for hours. Any advise is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

What you are describing with the glans has been a regular occurrence in my limited experience with an extender. The colour happens to me exactly as you described but the head feels more desensitized than cold In my experience.

You’ve got to make sure to come out every 45minuted to 1.5 hours and give yourself a massage to get fresh blood in. I find when I do this I can get very strong erections when massaging, and then used that to my advantage when strapping in for another hour or so. I’ll let the reaction subside a bit and then strap in while my head is still somewhat engorged.

If you can add heat to your routine it should help tremendously. It loosens everything you and allows for more blood flow.

Vacuum heads are better than straps at avoiding strangulation.

I personally don’t think extenders are a good way to do PE. Using an extender to the point of loss of tug back causes me to lose about .25” erect length for a few days. Maybe they are useful for people who use them in a more moderate way, but they’re so uncomfortable and difficult to keep warm in that I don’t plan to use them anymore.

A light weight hanger, .5 lb., keeps the tissue elongated, but doesn’t cause loss of tug back or retraction the next day. They’re much easier to modify so they don’t cut off circulation too badly and after wearing one for a few hours, you can definitely feel it stretching things inside the penis.

Penis pumps are great and easy if used with the right inHg and time. Gaining girth with a penis pump is ridiculously easy in my experience. 20 minutes every other day at 5 inHg seems to produce sustained gradual growth without injury. It takes less time than getting ready in the morning and you can watch porn at the same time.

Nonono; try to put together the extender so that the extender - when compressed with one hand with your penis through the base ring - the extender is at a length that your glans is almost in front of the extender itself. Then strap your penis in, and feel that the noose or strap does not pull to much «forward through the ridge of the glans» but downwards to keep the penis in place. It will pull the shaft forward, but not so much on the glans. You will then be able to keep the noose or strap a bit loser, so that you will keep some blood flow. I use the same method, and every 20 minutes, I jelk some blood forward into the glans and keep it warm and fine. I usually do sessions of 2- 2 1/2 hours long.

The noose that I use is not tighter than that the blood are coming to the glans when I jelk. I do not have to loosen up the noose to do this.

I think a high intensity extender routine can produce good results and most importantly without reaching a plateu or losing gains when you stop. I gained 2cm of pumped erect length and 1,5cm bpfsl mainly from extending very intense for 30min-1hr sessions. I also did the whole healing while extended theory and used a bungee cord stretcher for months from waking up to bed and for me the ads did not make a difference.
