Personally I’ve tried and lived by the «less is more» approach and barely gained anything at all. Now that I’ve started extending everyday I’ve gained 1cm+ in under 3 months.
Also started doing bundled stretches before putting the extender on, 1 minute hold, bundled stretches, in 5 directions to hopefully speed up the gaining process even more. So doing 10 mins of bundled stretches, first bundled to the left and then bundled to the right 2 times per day for a total of 20 mins daily.
So far my flaccid just seems to get longer and thicker by the day, which should be a positive sign of future erect gains to come.
Also doing pumping with a program called the 5x5x3 in the evenings after all my length work is done for the day, as long as I still got the energy left to do it that is. It’s a really good girth program where I do 3x1 mins of SSJ’s(Slow Squash Jelqs) then 5 mins of hardcore pumping then repeating that process 3 times which takes about 35 mins in total. I get little to zero fluid build up, much thanks to the SSJ’s, and I go a bit over 15hg for 1-2 mins and my penis seems to handle it just fine. Thinking it must be because I’ve used the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 on and off for a few years where the vacuum goes as high as 16-20hg.
All I know is that I have to go hard and quite intense to get those gains on a daily basis and my EQ just seems to get better and better, not that I had a problem with it. My nightly erections are so hard that it sometimes almost hurts which is yet a good sign that my penis can handle all the work I put it through.
