As some of you will know, I do my best to apply a scientific mindset to PE, so I try to collect samples and experiences.

Is is better to wear the extender every single day, every other day, or less?

I try my best to wear it every day, perhaps because it just is so difficult to accept that less can be more in this too. But I often have this subtle impression I get more gains after a rest day.
What’s your experience?

A statistic with only one sample is almost useless. I was hoping to gather more.

Not too many PE’ers are willing to do the kind of measuring and data recording needed to build that kind of dataset.

Over the years, back when traffic was much higher here, there were a few attempts to do studies like that. The main result was to find out that almost every participant gave up too quickly to contribute much data. Hard to tell if they just stopped PE or if they couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of measuring and reporting.

Personally I’ve tried and lived by the «less is more» approach and barely gained anything at all. Now that I’ve started extending everyday I’ve gained 1cm+ in under 3 months.

Also started doing bundled stretches before putting the extender on, 1 minute hold, bundled stretches, in 5 directions to hopefully speed up the gaining process even more. So doing 10 mins of bundled stretches, first bundled to the left and then bundled to the right 2 times per day for a total of 20 mins daily.

So far my flaccid just seems to get longer and thicker by the day, which should be a positive sign of future erect gains to come.

Also doing pumping with a program called the 5x5x3 in the evenings after all my length work is done for the day, as long as I still got the energy left to do it that is. It’s a really good girth program where I do 3x1 mins of SSJ’s(Slow Squash Jelqs) then 5 mins of hardcore pumping then repeating that process 3 times which takes about 35 mins in total. I get little to zero fluid build up, much thanks to the SSJ’s, and I go a bit over 15hg for 1-2 mins and my penis seems to handle it just fine. Thinking it must be because I’ve used the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 on and off for a few years where the vacuum goes as high as 16-20hg.

All I know is that I have to go hard and quite intense to get those gains on a daily basis and my EQ just seems to get better and better, not that I had a problem with it. My nightly erections are so hard that it sometimes almost hurts which is yet a good sign that my penis can handle all the work I put it through.

Short answer: It is not better to use the extender every single day, so you must have rest days.

Long answer: If you don’t have rest days in your routine you will condition your penis to that tension, so it will gradually adapt to it and therefore the gains will be diminished, and then you will putting yourself in a bad situation which you will have to take very long intervals of rest to decondition your penis.
I can attest you that this is a fact and and i suffered with that, because there was a time which i didn’t have rest days for months and used the extender every day, and despite pushing harder, after a while i hadn’t any new gains.

So, you must have rest days in a proportion of at least 3 to 1, otherwise you will be putting yourself in a trap.
