Hey, Norwegian Wood. Thanks for your reply. I’m not experiencing bad EQ per se, but I remember having EQ higher than normal when I first started back in January/February. I took a bit of a break since then, but I’ve resolved to making a consistent effort this time around. My question is should be expecting great morning wood every morning? How consistently should I expecting positive PIs?

A healthy man with a healthy penis should have positive PI every day, if he gets enough sleep, eats healthy, live healthy and so on. Like Titletist says, a good morning wood can be a result of good sleep that night, at least that is also my experience. For me personally, I had many nights where I have had to take off my boxer, because it is restricting my wood during the night, but of course, I have a good morning wood if I badly need to go peeing. That is of course a way of our body use to restrict us from wetting the bed during sleep.
