Hey guys

I have 2 issues, if you dont mind:

1)
I started using an ads (penismaster) recently.
Now I am getting close to 100 hours of wearing.
Until now my member just got thicker in (erect and flacid) but not longer.
I do not count that it gets longer/more spongy while doing my routine, since it always gets back to normal at the next morning.
Right now my PIs are positive (erection, more flacid).
Am I too eager to expect at least a little gain in length after 100 hours, especially when considering that in extenders mostly length is created?
I just want to make sure I am doing it right.

By the way, here my routine:
wearing ads for 10hours a day
just little breaks for blood circulation
average tension is around 800g

Just today I noticed that I luckily felt fatigue.
I know thats not considered to be necessary anymore, but still, it should be helpful for gains, shouldn`t it?
Do you also feel it sometimes and if so, how do you deal with it? (reducing weight etc.)

Hey Joe. You are stating that you are getting close to 100 hours of wearing the extender, with around 10 hours per day. That is close to only 10 days. Give it 3 months or even 6-12 months before you start worrying about «will it work». My answer is; yes it will work, long hours at a low traction ( fex 800 grams) are very good, and it will start with a longer flaccid, better EQ, and erect gains will come afterwards. Thay are a bit harder to get than flaccid gains, but flaccid gains are a sign of what to come. The first erect gain will not be there before 3-6 months, and they will continue to come, ( in a slow rate) for many years if you continue to do PE. Good luck, use heat, and go slow. Keep us posted.

Really first gains after 3 months?

I think I saw progress reports where members had at least 0,25 inch lenght gain (in 1month).

I know I should not expect this fast progress also to happen for me.

But if after 3 months there is no lenght gain at all, something must be wrong in my opinion.

Not necessarily, every penis is different, and responds differently to different routines. Don’t give up if you don’t see any gains after the first 3 months. Then maybe your penis need another routine or exercises to find «the sweet spot» for growth.

I’m now in my third month, and it surely works if you give it some time.
In the first month I over trained (due to lack of knowledge) and felt the start of an internal stretch. But now I have a better feeling of what’s going on. Thank you Thunder’s!!

My routine is some hundred kegels, some manual stretching, pumping 3 times a week and around 3-5 hours with my Male Edge every day.
I do not take days off - as long as my morning EQ is good.

I now use a higher tension at around 1200-1800g and both my wife and I am starting to notice that I am bigger (both length and girth)
I’m now able to go deeper and easily reach her bottom in some positions.

I realized unexpected girth gains from the extender, and I think it was because the base of the extender I was using was a little small for me and it had a clamping effect. Maybe that’s the case for you? As far as girth most of the clinical data suggests that up to 5.9” of girth is well accommodated, I think that’s why 6” girth is the consensus goal.

Joe, I beleive that your flaccid is thicker now, is some kind of respons to what is going on, but in a while you will notice that you are gaining mostly length, and some small amount of girth. The girth gain by extention are small in porportion to the length.

So gaining girth first and then mainly length was also your experience?

Not sure if this was directed to me, but no I had rapid length gains when I started but I am older and was regaining lost length.

No, what I meant was that the flaccid that are fatter now, is because of the penis reacting to what’s done to him. It is a kind of «plumbness»( there could be a better word for it), and that length gains will come, and that in the long run, many experiences length gain up to 2 inches and girth gains usually 1/4-1/3 inch in the same period. Don’t worry if you are mainly extending. A lot of jelqing will affect both length and girth in another way, leading to more girth gain than extending.

Phew, I thought I was the only one in this situation. I’ve been using Quick Extender Pro for six to ten hours a day over the last week or so, and I have noticed some thicker, stronger morning wood on some days, but not so much on others and no real length gains. As of today, I threw in The Newbie Routine on top of my QEP hours in the hope of enabling gains and better EQ. I’m wondering if this is excessive, or if I should try some other routine instead. Thanks for writing this post joe2 and for those who responded.

Hype Train; take note if the morning woods fails to appear, and bad EQ. If so, you will have to back down a little, and find your «sweet spot» for physical indicators and growth.
