Hey anyone have a step by step for this with pics or could make one the instructions that came with it are shocking and don’t make sense I want to know how to change the tension from say 1200 to 2000then to 2800 ect hate to think I wasted $175 used on this extender

Hey there. If you’re just starting out using an extender, I would say don’t worry about trying to get more tension. Instead work on making it as comfortable to wear as possible. You can add more length bars to create tension. And once you’ve stretched out to all you bar lengths then worry about upping the tension on the unit. Probably by then you will have figured out how to adjust it with the screws.
