How do you wrap for extender using?

The question is in the title. Please share your experience.

And here is how I wrap, this should be short and easy to visualize. Step 0: pull all the foreskin back.

Step 1: I use bandage, first, I fold the bandage in half width-wise, and wrap just behind the glans about several times, this will creat a ledge/padding behind the glans where the noose will rest.

Step 2: The ledge has been created, I unfold the bandage and continue wrapping down the shaft firmly to secure the foreskin.

Lastly I just put the device on.

Hi Overdoseads, I do as follows:

0 pull all the foreskin back.as you do

1. I do what you do without folding the bandage (ie I do not create the ledge as you do)

2. I place a silicone comfort sleeve on to and about 1/4” further back

3. I use a DIY velcro strap to strap into the extender cradle

Questions for you -

Do you find the folding of the bandage to create the ledge allows you to clamp at a lower tension without slipping? Or are there other benefits?

Do you use a noose or strap?

Oh thank you sharing ausfred, sillicone sleeve is definitely a powerful tool and have a lot of functions!

My answers :D : I use a thick noose, And Yes, you’re exactly right: folding of the bandage to create the ledge DEFINITELY allows me to clamp at a lower tension without slipping. However, there’s another benefit: Because I’m uncut so my skin behind the head area is pretty tender, I think creating the ledge can provide a padding between the noose and the glans so I can use it for higher tension/force with out putting too much pressure on my glans.

Thanks I am also uncut so know what you mean. Will give your folding technique a go and see If I can clamp less.
