How to get less pressure on base of penis with Phallosan Forte

As title says.

The reason is because I am having an issue with ring burn where it touches the skin. I have used all methods, wrapping the ring with gauze, wool, socks, shirts. Unfortunately I am still having the problem.

Lubricate the skin generously. Lotion, coconut oil, your preferred lube all will work.

when you place the base, just stretch your dick skin towards your body on the down and sides, loose the skin on the upper side, then you’re good to go for at least 40 minutes without a burn.

I also have had instances where the ring ends up causing pain, then a type of ball burn. In addition, the ring that comes with the device ultimately will crack then break. So, I am experimenting with a Velcro belt around the waist that can easily anchor one end of the Phallosan belt to anchor around the waist, rather than at the penis base. I don’t know whether the ring acts as a type of fulcrum to enhance a stretch, and I can tell you that the stretch feels different, even though it shows as actually at a higher level per the color coding. But any stretch is better than none! As I sit here right now I suspect I can maintain this stretch as long as I want without any pain anywhere. I may also experiment with different angles.

When I finish getting the belt on I remove the pressure from the ring and try to keep it as close to a circle while wearing it. Reduce the pressure by pulling the belt away from the bell around your body towards the ring, this needs to be done on a regular basis (30min to 1 hr) This step will also keep the pull at a good tension. Every day I wrap it with a fresh unscented baby wipe to keep it clean and absorb sweat.

I had this issue until I stuffed less of my shaft skin through the ring, it solved it.

The burn is from too much skin between the plastic ring and your public bone leading to high pressure, especially if you wear the extender upright.

I know this string seems to jump between issues in comfort for the belt ring for a Phallosan and comfort for a more traditional base to a slide type extender. I happened upon something that may help avoid ball burn for a typical base to an extender.

It is really simple, but like most things, only slowly dawns. I have a few Velseal base gaskets from Pumptoys tubes. I wondered whether the base to my extender may slide into the Velseal gasket…and it does! That soft cushion seems to be an answer to avoiding ball burn from the hard plastic base ring.
