DLD sells the silistretcher and its basically what Total Man makes in this video. I do like his sili pads and there are some other mods but it’s basically this. This video came out too late and I did purchase it and I do like it (I can use it comfortably for hours) , just wish I could’ve made it myself and save $100.

I already purchased 3 of these Nipple Enlargement Cup (External Diameter: 4.4cm, 5.3cm, 6.4cm). There is a HomeDepot 6 blocks away from my house. I will be putting together the parts as soon as I have it in my hand. The estimated delivery is Friday, Aug 23.

BigDog nailed it! The devices named above are all made in China. They are mass produced plastic injection molded by the thousands via slave labor that if lucky get’s paid $12 per day for 12 hours of labor. The mark up is well over 1000%
The Silly Stretcher is nothing more than an ADS that will not generate much more than 5 - 6 lbs. of traction at best. The silicon is NOT medical grade! It’s a very soft / weak durometer that will not last very long.

I won’t feed my dogs anything that comes from China, and I certainly won’t put any type of silicon rubber that’s made with questionable ingredients on my penis. Nor will I take any foreign pharmaceutical that’s a generic knock off of an FDA approved drug that I am not 100% certain what it’s made of. China has been ripping us off for years and I avoid buying anything made in China even if it costs me twice as much for a quality American made product.

If you’re thinking of saving some money and looking at the “Nipple Cups” as a less expensive alternative be aware of the following….
Nipple cups are shallow, the pull / traction you generate when using this type of vacuum cup will come from the glans and not the shaft. That is why I manufacture the LGH chambers to be 2 1/4” deep.
Additionally you will not be able to determine the amount of Hg vacuum pressure you draw out from the cup since you won’t be using a hand pump with a gauge that measures Hg vacuum pressure. It’s very easy to exceed 10 Hg’s of vacuum pressure. When using a vacuum based PE weight hanging device or extender it’s important to know how much vacuum you’re using especially when you are doing a PE session that’s a hour or more. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for a potential blister.

I had follow the direction of the total man video. And I made some “Nipple Suction Cups” which some members prefer to call it as “chamber, cylinder, cup” for penis enlargement routine with extenders and vacuum hangers.

Attn.: I had not try the Nipple Suction Cups yet. I prefer the Total Man Vacuum Chamber due to quality superiority! What do you mean Silipads? I’ve never heard about this word.

Buy the way, you will need to purchase some of these parts on Amazon and HomeDepot. To protect your glans penis to avoid blisters, I would suggest to purchase “cotton rounds” at Walgreens. Also keep in mind, by the time you purchase the Nipple Suction Cups at Ebay and parts on Amazon/Homedepot plus your time making them. Would be much cheaper and easier to purchase the Total Man Vaccum Chamver for $24.00.

I have 2 different designs Nipple Suction Cups. I will make them this week. If you take a look closely, the “Flat Head Phillips” machine screw size is 16mm. You can see it is the wrong size! I will purchase 14mm this week and upload new pics !
