Total Man has been very influential recently and has had many good things to say about LGH and all of our devices and accessories. I’ve talked with him on several occasions and have ongoing text communication. I’ve pointed out to him that this ADS device will not hold the amount of weight he has suggested that it will. At best it can generate about 6 lbs of traction and when hanging weight from it don’t expect it to handle anything above 8 lbs before it slips off. Since you don’t use a hand pump with a Hg gauge you also don’t know how much vacuum you’re extracting. It’s very easy to exceed 10 Hg’s of vacuum and that is likely to produce a blister.

Any ADS (all day stretcher) or Extender that is designed to wear under clothing while out in public is something many men have no problems with. Some are a little more “stealthy” than others. I’ve heard some funny stories from Extender users who’s device fell off their penis in some very embarrassing places!
The Phallosan is probably the most popular ADS, as well as the most expensive.

I thought this info might be useful for someone out there who is living in the third world country. Some people can’t afford to purchase top the line products such as “LG All Day Stretcher” or “Phallosan Forte”. I personally would never purchase a cheap product for my penis. But that is just me! :-)

The first aliexpress link you posted seems to do the job fine so far, is just a matter of slippage and vacuum, to main issues here!

Recognizing that not everyone can afford the best of things is the way the world works. I would love to drive a Ferrari, but I can’t afford one. Finding inexpensive PE devices and products that are effective is hard to do. DIY devices have a place within the PE community. They give guys a chance to experiment and decide if PE is worth their time and effort.

It has always amazing to see what guys will spend to grow their ducks. I almost purchased the SiliStrecher but didn’t. They don’t manufacture anything they just buy and assemble a bunch of pieces and charge an exorbitant amount for it. I’m not just saying MOS. Take X4LABS. They run a sale all the time. Most times it 85%. Now look at the suggested retail price $1,200.00. $1,200.00 for streacher that can’t cost $50.00 to make. I would like to know when x4labs ever sold a strecher for $1,200.00 and if they ever did who ever purchased it.
