I have about 50-60 hours so far with the Plus+. So far it is worlds better than a noose setup like the Andropenis. There are two problems though:
1. I have pretty "regular" erect girth, about 5.2" right now. However, the forte plus+ base ring was just too small for me comfortably. So, I had to use the Andropenis base ring instead, which is just a bit larger. The two devices use identical rods (like, they are made by the same manufacturer, you can tell), so, this was not a problem. However, I’m starting now to feel like the base ring on the Andropenis base is just a bit too constrained for comfort. It seems to me that if the ring were larger with a more spread out base, it would not only distribute the pressure more evenly (like the total man stretcher does I think) but it would just allow the penis to fit through with more room to spare. Does anyone else have this issue?
2. I swapped out the not-so-great sleeves with a total man silicone sleeve (medium size for me). It is a 1000% upgrade. I have found that when rolling the sleeve down, it helps if my penis is at least semi-erect. This is so that the sleeve can go over smoother skin, which is stretched. If you try to roll it only a very flaccid penis, it simply won’t be even, will catch some skin which is bunched up, and overall just doesn’t work well. Today, after I took it off, for the first time in about 50 hours I noticed that I had some edema just below the glans, presumably from where it had been trapped and suctioned too much (only had it on for just over 2 hours). This was without using the protective cap. When I use the cap, it’s just about impossible to get my glans all the way into the bell (I use the Large size), which, despite what their instructions say, is the best way for me to get a full stretch. I ordered the XL size today in hopes that I can get some more clearance. But the cap seems too short anyway. I need something that is not only stretchy, but just bigger. I don’t know why they thought the protective cap would be a one-size-fits-all. I prefer not to use the cap but am concerned about edema, and I noticed that the tip of my urethra had been suctioned out just a bit. This is not something I want to have happen long term.
To summarize:
1. Can I get a larger base ring anywhere with the rod system?
2. Can I get a larger cap? I saw the advice to tape but anything to save time would be best, and a cap is easy if it fits well.
Thanks for any guidance or experiences you can share.
