If extenders work why do you think they're not more popular

Extenders (Especially spring loaded) work well for those that have a relatively large glans compared to their shaft. Guys with smaller glans have a major issue with slippage and over tightening to remain attached.

I averaged 3 to 4 hours a day with a vacuum based extender because anything longer would result in bruising. As a result, it took almost five years to gain almost one inch in length. I also do pumping and manual exercises. Accordingly, you have to be willing to devote a lot of time to extending.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

The securing noose put me off, just too painful. The vacuum ones gave me blisters. Also they’re not very discrete. If I’m at work and have be constantly wary of cutting off circulation and can’t easily check that’s not good.

"If you're not first, you're last!"

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

I tried the noose which was too painful. The strap was a little better but it would tend to slip off and/or was not comfortable enough.

After reading some posts, I tried the Velcro mod for penis extender and have been using this since. It is the only one I find comfortable enough to wear for a long period of time.

There are compounding reasons why more people don’t wear extenders, here are some:

1. The generally accepted concept that the size of the penis can’t be increased and those that try are simply just nuts.
2. The process is slow! Most people require immediate gratification in return for minimum effort. PE is like everything else that is good in life, major effort over extended periods of time yields incremental results building to eventually achieving your goal, the majority of people just aren’t good at this. Or we would all be ripped and jacked!
3. The extender is an acquired taste. I am now 906 hours in and when I first put it on, it basically sucked and I absolutely questioned whether I could really put the hours in. Essentially my personal fetish for having a larger penis was great enough to drive me to push through and learn how to use and adapt to the extender. Basically, I’m insane!

Those are just some of the reasons why more people don’t wear an extender.

I don’t use mine for many reasons. It is inconvenient as could be. It makes urinating a ordeal. I find it uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all compared to other exercises. I also question if the force it creates will create good gains. I could be completely wrong, but they just are simply not for me.

After about an hour and a half of extender and a heated rice sock, I proceed with manual stretches and girth work. As I get into this routine a little more, I will add some low vac pumping or more extender at the end.

Heh ma I like your routine and your gains.. I’m extending now and first day today have clocked about 14 hours.. This is going to take a lot of dedication and hard work.. But heh if I gain an inch will be more than worth it!

21/09/2019. 6.2 inches bone pressed erect length.

Short-term goal 24/12/2019

7inches bone pressed erect length

I’m at six inches, I think its above my BPEL.

If I can clock up enough hours and with minimum vac head slippage.. I hope to be extending at seven inches soon.

Will report back in three months and see what the outcome will be!

I love this response.

I think extending is more reliable for gains

There are some manual stretches that help work with an extender program. That would help to speed up recovery and or help with EL.

They are expensive and most people don´t have the time nor privacy to use them properly and prefer to stick to manual routines.

Most of the ebay extenders that cost less than 50$ are absolute crap, very weak materials,

Most of the extenders are interchangable.

I guess that some reasons to not use an extender are:

At first there were in the market only expensive models, but now you can find really cheap ones on ebay.

You’ll have to have a certain flaccid glans size to keep the penis in the device, but you can find both extenders with just the silicon noose tube, or the strap-type fasteners which should be better, and some use a velcro-type fastener.

It does take many hour to get comfortable with the tube noose model, but with a good wrap around behind the glans should do the trick. Start out easy regarding traction and time. I use the Jes-extender, and it can give traction from 600-1500 grams. When I started out, I took it easy and increased traction from minimum to max during 4 months, and I’ve been using 1500 and 1200 grams since. I did use the extender for two years, but took several years off PE. I started up again in march this year and used right away the same length on the extender. ( I recorded just over 2000 hours/average of 4 hours per day during those two years, and gained 1+1/4 inch in length)

I did jelqing in the beginning, but I felt my penis would grow wider, and I wanted more length. If I get erected while using the extender, my penis is so wide (and»flat»), that it barely fits between the rods and the base ring. So I think I have enough girth.

Good luck guys, keep growing.

Depends which cheap ones you buy, I wouldn’t buy the cheap Chinese knock offs, I hear they break to easily and get stuck/ don’t spring up.

Not really a signature but a link to a great guide Newbie Routine Steady Progress Chart.

Solid plan.

They hurt like hell lol

I must have went down an inch in rod length so I can put more time in device and wear at work been here since six took it off to shit. Don’t feel much of a tug oh well at least my head is engorged.

I’m here for 8 hours today

Yeah they do hurt.
My plan when I get a new one is to go slow to minimize the pain (stretch at low intervals)
