I don’t really have a question, but thought I’d share what I’ve experienced after my first 100 hours. I was going to wait until 300 hours to measure, but I couldn’t.

I’ve lost .25 inches. At this rate, in 2862 hours, I won’t have a dick anymore lol. I’m going to get to 300 hours and assess everything. If no gains are seen, I will be finished with this experiment. If gains of .25 inches are realized, I’ll continue.

Anyway, my routine is religious extension. I extend a minimum of 2 hours but some days up to 6. I only break when my schedule doesn’t allow, which is infrequent. I’m using max tension with the penimaster pro along with constant heat followed by a 15 minute warm down. I supplement this with daily manual stretching and very sporadic jelqing.

I’ve been tracking my hours in excel. The first 52 hours I don’t count because I was going through learning curves and was getting frequent injuries that required weeks off. Once I re-engineered the penimaster, I’ve been injury free for 106 hours, but unfortunately no growth. I really don’t think I lost size; it probably had to do with EQ, more than anything, but it is disheartening to see that after my effort.

We will see where I’m at in 200 more hours.

Turtling occurs when you over work your dick, which is how you have described your program. You need to add downtime to allow your dick time to repair and recover.

Is turtling permanent?

No, it’s just a response to being overworked. Take a couple/few days off and when you get back to your training be sure to have some off days. A tired/stressed penis is also at greater risk of injury.

I’d cut out the sproadic jelqing and see if that may be a variable to this cause. You’re most likely overworking yourself.

I’d recommend manual stretching before any extending to get the unit loose and at a very slow methodical pace.

Irritated red spots/ bruising. Apparently the vacuum chamber does a number on my glans.

I don’t have issues with the glans, but I’m not sure if I injured myself internally from extending or something else. I actually noticed that each morning it was progressively more difficult to get the glans chamber connected to the extender.

I’d switch to a noose style attachment. Those work better, even if a little less user-friendly, it is very difficult to get injury from those and you can get a better pull if placed correctly.

I remember having EQ losses when I first started. I feel like it’s basically that the tunica stretched out and the cavernous tissue had to grow to occupy the new potential space.

Maybe reduce how much tension you’re using, to decrease the turtling, and keep up on jelquing to stimulate cavernous growth.
