Hi guys, i recently purchased a steel ball weight regular 20mm. Ive been noticing that my dick relaxes more and have noticed very little turtling. I had given up on PE since i say little results and just jelq now and then at bath time and when i felt like it.
Since i discovered this from using the ball weights, i have been jelq more and think im gonna give it another shot at using my kr extender at nite time for 1 hr or so.

Does anyone have any comments on my observations? Ill let you know how everything is going next month.

I’d just say to combine the use of an extender with some warm up and manuals.

Do you have any experience with ball weights? I feel like it does keep my turtling under control.

How long did you do PE for originally?

No I’ve never used ball weights. Although I’ve considered it because I would like them to hang lower. I have a tight package with larger balls. This can be uncomfortable in certain conditions. Never even considered it to avoid turtling.

I did a solid year, noticed some minor gains but quit because i didnt have the timw anymore and got sick of seeing no real big gains.

You guys should try it!!! Ive noticed flaccid improvements. I had a real tight package, now its lower with just about a month of ball weights.

Ive seen much less turtling with the ball weights on. Usually have the ball weight on at least 5 days of the week. Sometimes i leave it on at night for sleeping after doing my pe session.

Ive been noticing better engorment of my dick this time around with the newbie routine.
Ive been using a slow “n” grip for jelqing and few strokes of ok grip when i feel im getting to flacid. I havent measured myself flacid before and after starting this but def my dick hangs better with the ball weight tugging on my balls.

Ill continue my newbie sessions and putting the BWeight after with a 20 min cock ring too.
