The first problem I would consider is how to determine if what I’m buying is what is advertised for.
I’ve done some research on IR effects and IR lamps, those who sell far infrared lamps or saunas claim near infrared is stupid , those who sell the near infrared heaters/lamps say the opposite is true, and then I also read real IR lamps would be way more expensive than, say, the cheap heat “IR” lamps one can buy on amazon and such.
