Need an advice for Extender

Hey, thunders,

I will keep it short. 2 questions:

1. Do you use any sleeve inside the vacuum chamber, or anything to protect the glans from bruises or damage? I only have experience with phallosan vacuum. Without sleeve, it is impossible

2. In case any of you is familiar with the Total man products: How do you remove the pressure from the vacuum chamber? It is easy to take out the air with that small blue pump, but how do you release it?

I always use a sleeve inside a vac stretcher myself, any high quality silicone sleeve tip would work.
