Need advice from Extender/Stretcher users
Hi PE’ers.
I am running into another road block. Let me give you a bit of my PE history. I re-started PE back in last May (2010). I started with manual PE but ended up injuring myself with a couple of hard veins and hard bumps on my upper shaft. I attributed to the lack of gain and injury to excessive edging/masturbation and pulling with semi erection. Yes, lack of mandatory rest was also a factor. Then I realized that I can’t continue performing manual exercises with erection so I bought a vacADS from Monkey in October.
I started with a combination of light hanging (2-3lbs) and ADS. After two weeks, I got another injury. My upper shaft was extremely sore due to over-use??? Then my glans was very tender due to fluid build-up. So I stopped that and rested for 2 weeks.
Then by early November, I began another manual exercise routine. It lasted until early February. The result was mixed. I might have gained 1/16” in my 3 months period. Then I wanted to implement a consistent approach so I bought a vacExtender from Monkey (another reason is that wearing the extender prevents me from browsing too much porn!).
I decided to use an extender because I want a measurable progress. I find with manual routine my force was inconsistent and I was battling with semi-erection as usual (too time consuming). The way I measure the force is by the length of rods. I would increase .2cm rod length every 3-4 weeks. I went back to vac system because it is the only way I can wear the extender; I can’t wear the nose type/strap type of extender because of my semi-erection. (yes, it’s that bad. I would have to wait 20-30 minutes before erection can subside). This time I figured out how to use the vac system properly so it was actually not bad.
Now here is the part I need help with.
From what I read, the best result with an extender is to wear it 3hr+ without any break. The force should be moderate, not too harsh. So I started my routine with a mix angle approach. For the first 3 month I was doing 4 sets throughout the day. Each set would be about 1.5-2 hr with a mix of straight-up and straight-down angle—usually half and half. During this process I feel like my flaccid length seems better. But there is no BPEL gain.
Then starting June, I started with 2 sets a day but usually double the wearing time. Instead of doing straight-down angle, I do a bit of straight-up and mostly straight-out angle as it is my shortest length (my erection points 10-11 o’ clock angle). So I would wearing 3-3.5 hr in the morning and 2-2.5 hr at night time depending on my schedules. I find my flaccid is ok. It varies a lot (but then during this time I was edging/masturbating a lot more than what I have done in the past 4 months). In the same time, I also got some silicon sleeve that I would wear in the afternoon (usually 3hr+). The rationale behind it was to keep my uni rested in elongated state.
Recently I noticed that my flaccid has been quite badly. My penis tends to firm up after an erection. I don’t feel any soreness and erection quality is not that bad. I can’t figure out why my flaccid suffers and tenses up especially after erection.
I just measured this morning and there is NO increase in BPFSL since last December. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the result after 5 months of wearing the extender and a mix of sleeve.
So I have a few questions:
1) Like I said before, I have a masturbation addiction. So in the last 10 years, I have done 2hr+ edging a day in front of porn for at least 6 days a week. Do you think my unit is GREATLY toughened due to excessive edging?
- I truly believe that my tunica is too tough to be deformed. And this is why I never had any newbie gains. And I have been doing PE for 1 year and 2 months now!!
2) If you have gained from wearing an extender, what is your routine like? Do you stick with one angle for a period of time before changing another angle? I have been doing straight-up/down/out. Is this counter productive?
***3) This is my most puzzling part. From what I read, most people show positive PI after doing PE (ie. hanging, extender, jelqing, manual.. etc). Usually flaccid is a bit more plumped and longer. This is not the case with me. I sometimes have temporary gain for 5 minutes.. sometimes I can have more plumped flaccid for a couple of hours (but never over 2hrs). And other times I have a tensed up flaccid, so I would shake my unit to loosed up. Why is my flaccid response so different given that I have been doing similar routines???
I am so close to giving up on PE. After 1 year and 2 months of trying, I still can’t figure out what works and what doesn’t work for me. If I have a consistent plumped flaccid from one type of PE, then I would have a better idea on what works for me.
Any input is appreciated.
PS: You might be thinking that I should go on a decon break. The only reason why I am reluctant to go on an extended break is that I know if I don’t do PE, I would be spending more time on porn; hence, I would edge and masturbate that don’t really help with recovery if you ask me. Also, I have never made any gains over 1/4” in my whole year of PE, so I am not sure if a break is what I need?
