I’m getting a FBPEL of around 16cm, but after a 15 minute session it’s 17cm.
But I need to check if my measurements are correct.
I’m going to improve this method, because so far it’s the easiest to get into and the easiest to clean up after (no water, no heating, no devices).
I just put the moleskine notebook back on the desk.
I do want to ask after stretching or hanging should one not massage the dick? Because I feel like if I massage the dick it loses it stretch.
What do you guys think?
