I’m looking into DIY extenders and after seeing the restoreX commercial on youtube. I saw they claim twice 30 minutes a day is better than 5 hours extending.

So the DIY would be a moleskine notebook (20 bucks but you don’t need to hide it from anybody).

You place your dick as deep as you can and close the book and then tuck your dick and sit on the notebook.

I’ve been doing it for 15 minutes my dick felt a bit cold afterwards and also the whole dick was very flattened. (normal colour though)

I did measure a stretch and it was very low effort.

I might do this 30 minutes twice a day.

What do you guys think?

I’m getting a FBPEL of around 16cm, but after a 15 minute session it’s 17cm.

But I need to check if my measurements are correct.

I’m going to improve this method, because so far it’s the easiest to get into and the easiest to clean up after (no water, no heating, no devices).

I just put the moleskine notebook back on the desk.

I do want to ask after stretching or hanging should one not massage the dick? Because I feel like if I massage the dick it loses it stretch.

Before FBPEL: 16.1cm
After FBPEL: 16.1cm

The problem is it mostly stretches one tunica chamber. Which is the right side of my dick for me. I hope this doesn’t create a crooked dick.n

Session 5, 6 and 7

I do really like how flat my penis looks after. I normally have like a permanent semi hard on when I do pulling.

But this “flattening” makes my dick not be bloated.

I still don’t know how to measure correctly I start around 16.7cm till 17.2cm and end 17.5 till 18cm. That’s flaccid stretched.

My erect doesn’t seem to change. With 0.5cm difference it’s difficult to see if I’m growing. Especially when the next day I start below 17cm.

Just wanted to make a update. I did do a 20 minute session. But still feel like I’m not putting my dick deep enough.

I have difficulties doing this consistent, but I do think that “flattening” or “squeezing the whole dick” is something that will get me great results. Afterwards (only 10 minutes) it feels very elastic.

But the problem is like a condom you keep an inch or more dick. There is no bone pressing with when putting a condom on. The same is with this moleskine method.

Maybe we should have a word for this like “condom length” which means how far you would roll down a condom.
