First of all (and I know there’s a saying that they do things bigger in America, well penises ain’t one of them) the average penis sise globally after a meta-analysis of scientifically conducted studies with a researcher conducting measurements is thought to be 5.1 inches. Even if you throw in the self measured studies, the average is between 5.5 - 5.75 bone pressed stretched.
You had very similar start stats to me and I got off to a flyer in January and put 1.5 inches on my stretched bone pressed. Then I released it was wishful thinking as I was pressing into the cavity under the pubic bone. Anyway, after I’d corrected my measuring I’m now currently at 6.3 bone pressed stretched flaccid. I’d stopped progressing though forv around 3 months.
And why? Because I stupidly thought I knew better than the general consensus on here. I was combining girth and length training and I think that’s a mistake when you become more advanced. And the dumb pressure from the Bathmate Extreme gave me hickeys on my skin and bellend when trailed that in July.
So I’ve gone to length extender training only for now, but now I’m following the weighted advice on here which is heat, rest, and gentle pressure. That’s the 3 pillars of cock growing I think. Heat to make the tissues pliable. (I use long range infra red, well I will, as I’ve just bought a lamp.) , rest to recover and gentle pressure past your hand stretched. Because, although it’s fun to think I have a 10 inch flaccid walking around Walmart, it turtles to acorn size when I take the cock rack off. Go gentle with the extender as it’s combined time, not 15 hrs a day everyday as I was doing. I’ve read 4hrs is the sweet spot for extender use daily, so I’ll start with that and log my progress.
You know I think that the people that are so called resistant are just chronically over trained and doing way too much. Like when I started weight training in 1980, when I stopped making progress with 4 days a week, I trained 6 and gained nothing. I started gaining again when I trained 3 times a week and had to drop my days to once a week over the years as I approached my natural genetic potential.
I’d advise you to have a week off, don’t even do any gentle pulls, no more than 2 wanks a week as this is what is need to increase your chances of keeping your prostrate healthy. Tossing more doesn’t increase your chances of kerping a healthy prostrate but may effect your size by ninja turtling if you hand shuffle too much. Use heat as much as poss, no more than 28hrs a week in the extender. That’s my new routine starting today.
If you’ve stopped training youll have reached your genetic potential or much more likely, you will be doing too much in terms of intensity of stretch and daily time in the rack per day. I think if your winkle gets a tip off that it is being made larger it will get offended and go indoors. You have to trick the little mofo.
Hope some of my waffle helps. Sometimes less is more in terms of training and penis size, in my experience at any rate.
