That is my concern because right now today is my first off day and I feel like I’m actually going backwards now. Losing hours is what I mean. I don’t think I’ll be making any gains. The problem is I can only stay under tension for 30-40 minutes max. This is also not considering if I get calls while I work two fire departments. I may be able to extend at home for 6 hours but that is only 10 days a month. The other 20-21 are spent at the fire department barley being able to extend for 2 hours. I’m wondering if hanging weights at home will be best option and extend at work. I just don’t have proper weights for it.

Maybe try reading Buckfever’s progress thread. I believe he follows a higher tension but lower duration setup when extending so maybe you can pick up something there that works for you.

LM; I know it is difficult to find time to do PE inbetween jobs, and especially in your job situation. However, you say in your opening post that you have been able to extend 2-3 hours per day, ( in 30-45 minutes sets), but I would like to say that that is a good start. It is way better than doing nothing, and if you are able to do a little stretching while you are at the toilet too, if you have time for it, then that would also help. I was wondering ; do you wrap around some soft cloth behind the glans before you strap in to the extender ? I don’t know if you are circumsized or not, and non-circumsized are much more sensitive, and needs more padding underneath the noose or strap. One can strap into the extender without pulling back the foreskin, as an option. And another thing, have you put together an extender that is at a length - when compressed by your hand - so your glans is almost in front of the frontpiece ? My point is, if the noose ( if that’s what your using) are pulling too much forward, it will try to pull «through « the ridge of the glans, instead of just keeping the penis attached to the front piece, and pulling less forward - the extender itself is suppose to do that job. When having the extender «short enough» ( that goes for everyone ), one will be able to not having the noose or strap so tight, leaving some blood flow to the glans, and the possibility to jelq some more blood into the glans every 15-20 minutes without having to loosen or remove the noose or strap. That way, it will also be less painful, or less discomfort. ( PE should never be painful, but it takes time to find the right way and to get used to this). Good luck man, you are on your way to a bigger unit, although it doesn’t feel that way at the moment. Don’t give up.

I’ve been reading through the newbie forums and I want to apologize in advance if this question has been posted before. This was not my intention and I do want to be apart of this community. First of all (and I know there’s a saying that they do things bigger in America, well penises ain’t one of them) the average penis sise globally after a meta-analysis of scientifically conducted studies with a researcher conducting measurements is thought to be 5.1 inches. Even if you throw in the self measured studies, the average is between 5.5 - 5.75 bone pressed stretched.

You had very similar start stats to me and I got off to a flyer in January and put 1.5 inches on my stretched bone pressed. Then I released it was wishful thinking as I was pressing into the cavity under the pubic bone. Anyway, after I’d corrected my measuring I’m now currently at 6.3 bone pressed stretched flaccid. I’d stopped progressing though forv around 3 months.

And why? Because I stupidly thought I knew better than the general consensus on here. I was combining girth and length training and I think that’s a mistake when you become more advanced. And the dumb pressure from the Bathmate Extreme gave me hickeys on my skin and bellend when trailed that in July.

So I’ve gone to length extender training only for now, but now I’m following the weighted advice on here which is heat, rest, and gentle pressure. That’s the 3 pillars of cock growing I think. Heat to make the tissues pliable. (I use long range infra red, well I will, as I’ve just bought a lamp.) , rest to recover and gentle pressure past your hand stretched. Because, although it’s fun to think I have a 10 inch flaccid walking around Walmart, it turtles to acorn size when I take the cock rack off. Go gentle with the extender as it’s combined time, not 15 hrs a day everyday as I was doing. I’ve read 4hrs is the sweet spot for extender use daily, so I’ll start with that and log my progress.

You know I think that the people that are so called resistant are just chronically over trained and doing way too much. Like when I started weight training in 1980, when I stopped making progress with 4 days a week, I trained 6 and gained nothing. I started gaining again when I trained 3 times a week and had to drop my days to once a week over the years as I approached my natural genetic potential.

I’d advise you to have a week off, don’t even do any gentle pulls, no more than 2 wanks a week as this is what is need to increase your chances of keeping your prostrate healthy. Tossing more doesn’t increase your chances of kerping a healthy prostrate but may effect your size by ninja turtling if you hand shuffle too much. Use heat as much as poss, no more than 28hrs a week in the extender. That’s my new routine starting today.

If you’ve stopped training youll have reached your genetic potential or much more likely, you will be doing too much in terms of intensity of stretch and daily time in the rack per day. I think if your winkle gets a tip off that it is being made larger it will get offended and go indoors. You have to trick the little mofo.

Hope some of my waffle helps. Sometimes less is more in terms of training and penis size, in my experience at any rate.

But I’m still a noob after only 9 months and probably still know jack.
