New to PE. Penimaster Pro Extender

Hello everyone. I’m a bit new to PE. I’ve bought a Penimaster Pro Extender and have been using it for just under two months now roughly 2-3 hours a day at 30-40 minute increments before needing to take it off and take a break. The problem with my situation is I’m barley average. I sit at 5.5 inches non bone pressed and barley 6 inches bone pressed. I have a girth around 5.3-5.35 inches. I’m fairly small according to women I’ve been with and it has messed me up and took my self confidence away. Since finding out about PE, I’ve been wanting to reach a goal of 7 inches bone pressed and 6.5 inches non bone pressed. I’m happy with my current girth. Just want the length. I work two fire department jobs at 48 hours straight and 22 hours off before repeating. I’m able to extend as much as I can but at times I’m not sure if I’m extending too little or to much. Today I noticed I had some redness at my glans which I never noticed before. I extend 7 days a week and haven’t taken a day off. Haven’t noticed a different in erection quality yet. I been reading on here of PE working for some and others not. Some even went so far to say that anatomy wise, it may never work for someone and I’m worried it may be me. I’m 27 years old. I’ve been reading through the newbie forums and I want to apologize in advance if this question has been posted before. This was not my intention and I do want to be apart of this community. It works Bro, but as someone said it’s a snail race, if you rush you get injuries, I’ve been around for a year and a half and most people just give up. Read as much as you can, and have a happy journey.

Hi Buddy welcome on board.

Do pe slowly use extender like manufacture recommended. Usually extenders results come after 6-8 months using. Be consistent and don’t push yourself too far. You have really stressful job and you don’t need more stress. I’ll give you some advice if you don’t mind, from my personal experience maybe veterans here will give you more advice. I did it slowly with combination with manual exercises when I found this great form. Another good things is you to get some rest between sets and some days off for example one day wearing extender one rest to adapt the dick, because tissue grows when we have a rest. After some time you can do it every day. Few years ago some veterans here recommended me to sleep naked and in this way you’ll increase testosterone levels and natural growth hormone, you’ll reduce levels of stress and dick will grow good and fast :) . Like Edd said “ PE is marathon, not sprint “. This is from my personal experience. Enjoy and you’ll see your gains.

I agree with the previous responses fully, and can share my story as an example.

I started with an extender and overdid it at the start in an effort to get the most gains the fastest. It resulted in injury and lost time.

What I’ve learned over the roughly five months that I’ve been doing PE, is that doing too much is counterproductive. There’s no way to speed it up. If you really want to grow your unit, you can do it and I believe you can reach your goal and beyond over 2 years. You’ll probably get an inch in the first year - IF you do it right.

My recommendation is to do 4 hours extending per day and at a lower tension setting and with heat as much as possible - always ending each session with ten minutes of no heat. Do it for 2-3 months then take a couple weeks off. Only do it 5 days a week no more. An important lesson is that you want to slowly and easily otherwise you’ll toughen up your dick and make it even harder to grow.

As for the women messing with your mind - what gave me relief from that feeling was to realize that it will take time and that I’m taking proactive steps to improve my position. Also, if you are watching porn then stop - I was comparing myself to that, and once I took it off the table - I cared less. Lastly, and the hardest part of this to master, is to realize that it’s 100% in your head - you can control the way you feel and react if you work at it. Doing those things will relax you. Just think about what you’re building for - just like when you were in fireman training/school - you envision the success and achieve the dream over years.

If you are consistent, don’t overdo it, use heat and think long term then YOU WILL grow your unit.


Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

What the hell. 5,5” (14cm) non bone pressed is actually above average, not much but definitely not under average. I had 5.1” (13cm) non bone pressed and was not called small and I thought then I am very average. I don’t know why those women say that.

You have chosen right path with Penismaster Pro. Use it religiously for a year and see +16cm / +6.5” non bone pressed. Use low tension and only if you do not see gains then go up in tension. Surprisingly low force can give results.

Hey man. Sorry I did not acknowledge your reply right away. A lot of disgusting crap just happened at work and took me until late last night to even have time to look at my phone. I definitely believe it’s a snail race. I don’t expect quick results right away. Would I like to see something early? Of course but I’m not relying on it. I definitely want to avoid injuries as much as possible and that’s my biggest struggle. Trying to find how much to go and how little to do. I always get worried I’m under doing it.

Thank you sir for the reply! I really do appreciate it. I actually am straying away for manuals. It’s just a preference of mine. I don’t think I can honestly learn the technique without injuring myself. I think that’s what I need to learn to do. I haven’t taken a rest day and I told myself to take a rest day but I didn’t. I extended 2 hours today. I haven’t taken a rest day in over a month and I guess that is due to others saying that gained a inch extending 2 hours a day. I will definitely try that sleeping naked though. That is interesting.

Hey man. Thank you for replying. You are very kind. A lot of studies and calculators I have come across have put me borderline average or slightly below. I’m very happy to hear you have had much better experiences than me. I’ve only had two and both laughed. I also did a rating online with females and out of 10; 8 out of 10 called me small and 2 said I’m average at best.

I will definitely do that low tension and see it works brother! Thank you. Do you use the extender as well!

I use extender but I have done other PE before. I wish I would have started with extender. Right now I am trying to use it with shorter 1 - 1,5h sessions with electric heating pad. At some point I will probably try to use it for much longer time per day. Many have got results of 1+ inch with extender when used long enough.

Let me ask you this. When it comes to the extender…. Even though I’m extending for two hours 7 days a week…. I’m only under tension for roughly 30-40 minutes before needing to take it off for a break…. Does this defeat the purpose? The reason I ask is because after I’m done extending, I stretch my flaccid penis out and notice I am 0.3-0.5 inches longer but then it goes back to the original size. Trying to figure out if I’m wasting my time with this or not. I understand the marathon and I believe that. I just don’t know if my method for reaching my goal is sufficient even if it’s slow. Does that make sense?

You should see some gains in after every month or two. If not then something need to change. More time under tension, more force, or try to use heat in the end of your session and then last 10-15min again without heat to allow tissues cool while stretched.

Well it has been a month and a half so far and I have yet to see any significant change.

Don’t give up, give it 6 months to a year and then see if there’s any change. For no apparent reason, some penises need more time to change than others. It’s individual. You say that you get 0,3-0,5 inch longer flaccid, but it goes back after a while. That is normal for most of us, but it is a sign that something is changing. There’s more flexibility in your penis now that wasn’t there before. Things are about to happen. Good luck.

Thank you for the reply good friend. Yes I guess the changes at the time are good but if I try to check 2 hours later after extending, everything goes back to normal and I start back to square one even trying to extend. It doesn’t seem like I’m making any big ground and I’ve noticed my glans are starting to hurt a lot more wearing the device so I’m going to take tomorrow off. I’m also having people message me on Reddit explaining how I’m wasting my time with my current routine. It’s just very demotivating.

It surely will not be significant in that time. 3-5mm would be great gain. When you see longer measure after training session it’s still good sign. If there is not any gain in first months then change something.
