So far, noose style works for me. I tried vacuum (penimaster pro & phallosan) but it gets me edema on meatus + blisters on head of penis.

I also tried comfort strap or even wrap with silicone sleeve but it gets me bending of corona ridge and numbs my glans fast.

So far, noose is working for me. Just have to remove it every 30mins strictly to avoid skin injury so I can complete 8 hours a day

The reason the two vacuum style devices you used caused blisters is because of the shallowness of the cap. You want the traction pull to come from the shaft and not the glans. Rhetorical question… when you do hand stretches do you pull from the glans or shaft? Those two devices are also considered to be an ADS (all day stretcher). Unfortunately if you don’t have the proper amount of skin conditioning when using a vacuum based device that promotes all day wear you will get blisters.

Edema is the negative side effect caused by using too much vacuum and or too long of a wear time. It however is easily remedied with a snug compression wrap and a section of silicon sleeve or Girth Band worn over the affected area for 15-20 minutes.

Be careful of using a noose…. tissue damage (necrosis) and nerve damage can be potential problems with such devices.

I use the same tape above and wrap from my circ line and the entire head. I have never had a problem with a blister from hanging with the LG.

What is a proper skin conditioning routine to avoid these injuries?

I know this post is old but I am wondering where you got both of those items in the photos?

extender real gains in my experience only come after you start doing AT LEAST 8 hours a day, with mid to high tension. I have over 5000 hours of extender and have had quite good results, but only when stretching 8+ hours a day. Optimal when doing some extra things to keep dick elongated all day long almost 24/7. (using a sheath during night time to keep it elongated almost at erection length, then as soon as waking up, put the extender back on, and so forth).

I’ve seen gains with just 4-5 hours a day 6 days a week. I think the key is to make sure the springs are really pushing and not stuck by clothing when you wear extenders under clothes

in my experience it’s not strictly tension or reaching 1000 hours, but doing it in a way that those 1000 hours are compressed in the least amount of days. A.K.A. 24/7 stretching would produce much better results and real mitosis.

As for tension, recommended according to blibliography is lower periods at 10% stretch above normal conditions, and higher periods at 3 to 5% stretch above normal conditions. the 10% stretch releases the chemicals needed for mitosis, but produces higher inflammation, while the 3 to 5% stretch releases other chemicals that reduce inflammation while releasing lower amounts of chemicals needed for mitosis. This should work for ligaments growth as well.
