Noose-Style Extender Gains

Hi,
After about how many hours did you start to see results in length using a noose style rod extender?

I’ve so far logged about 275hours. I started at 6.5” BPEL and now can get to 6.75” BPEL at my max. I have suspicions these are only EQ gains. I’ve been pretty good about keeping measurement technique. Just curious of other’s experience using a rod style noose extender.

For tracking BPFSL is a better measure than EL. And those who have seen meaningful growth have clocked 800-1000 hours usually.

Its not about total hours.

Its about which tension is working for you and which daily volume is working for you.

This is why some people have clocked 2000 hours with no gains.

This is so true. My buddy has all the same equipment I have. Bought everything right after i did. I’ve been careful and consistent and found what works and I’ve made great gains. He made his dick bleed 🩸 again jelqing like a madman and has no measurable gains.

How much tension is recommended? Is 700g ok for the first 2-3mos?

My question on this is how to make it comfortable? I’m only about 30 hours in with my noose, but I’ve tried self adhesive bandages, silicone sleeves, multiple wraps of cotton tee shirt strips, cut strips of beer can koozies and some combinations of the above. With any of them I can’t go more than about 1/2 hour before I need to give it a rest, so it’s hard to get more than 3-4 hrs in a day. I just got a cheap Chinese model, but I added springs so I can measure the force and keep it consistent. Thinking about ordering a cheap vacuum extender to see if it is more comfortable.

Where are you extending relative to your BPFSL? You don’t have to stretch at max right out of the gate. If you have rods, you may try removing some length to see if that allows you to achieve more time.

At 30 hours in, however, 4 hours is pretty good. I wouldn’t feel bad about that. I’m getting decent gains doing not much more. In fact, I think I would have gained more if I hadn’t overtrained a bit one week.

Based on the spring compression I am putting just over a kg of force on it, and stretching about 1/8” past my BPFSL. It’s a little hard to measure as I typically put the ruler just above my base, and while it will fit inside the base of the extender the skin and fat pad extrudes out there a bit while it is on.

Interesting. I haven’t considered that. I put it at pretty strong tension, usually 2hrs at a time, with a heating pad. When strapped in, my dick measures at 7.25’ BPSFL. I seem to be tracking with that .10 inch per 100 hours. I’m happy thus far and will continue to assess at every 100 hour mark.

Currently at 6.75” BPEL x 4.75” MEG

Started at 6.5” BPEL x 4.5” MEG

Been clamping and using a Bathmate (quite inconsistently) and the occasional shower jelq for girth.

Ill keep coming back to update. Learned a lot from these threads when I started back July 2019

That’s actually quite a lot. Overtraining can be counterproductive.

Slow and steady. You’re not just stretching out a piece of taffy. The tissues need time to grow, otherwise any gains you make will just shrivel back down.

Can somebody please answer, what tension is recommended? I work from home so I have no problems removing it every 30mins.

So far, noose style works for me. I tried vacuum (penimaster pro & phallosan) but it gets me edema on meatus + blisters on head of penis.

I also tried comfort strap or even wrap with silicone sleeve but it gets me bending of corona ridge and numbs my glans fast.

So far, noose is working for me. Just have to remove it every 30mins strictly to avoid skin injury so I can complete 8 hours a day

The prob is that every dick responds so different in tensions that no answer is gonna match your case.
The trick is to start with 500 grams and if it doesn t produce any gains after 1 month then bump it up to 700 and so on…

The same applies to the volume….
Some needs just 3h and some more than 6h.

There is a point where the bigger tension and teh bigger volume than your dick can handle , is resulting in no growth at all.
In my case 4h/day at 500 grams did the trick…. then I upped teh tension and teh vol and no gains for months.

Thanks for your response, just a follow up question, for example, I used 500g this mobth, isn’t it every month, you may gain only 1/16inch or the point is the gain is too small every month? Or is the gain is noticeable in 1 month to know that the current tension is working?

How can you notice that too small gain in 1 month when experimenting a tension?
