Optimal Hours for Extending

I have tried various PE methods.. BiB hanger, Golf rings, shaft collars and recently made a CC but it’s too bulky not stealthy to wear at work. So last week I pulled out from a drawer the PE device I ordered years ago from a company in Germany. It’s a noose type but I modified it into a clamp type that I can wear comfortably all day long, average 12 hours daily. I take it off at bedtime. I like what I see so far as my flaccid now at 4.75” in the extender device. Shooting for flaccid 6” and longer.

Questions for all you Pro’s: I still have lots more to read on this forum, although everyone cock responds differently but how often and how much rod length do you progress? I’m thinking to increase the rod length 1/4” (6mm) every 4 weeks?

There’s no stock answer to this. I had to fabricate aluminum rods for my extender long enough to get the noose up to the glans. Growth is highly unpredictable for each person. Early on, length growth is usually in the neighborhood of an inch per thousand hours- but it may drop off later. Size your device to fit you penis and re-evaluate regularly.

I just thought about 24h ADS. ADS so comfortable that it can be worn at night like Phallosan claims their product can.

Idea would be never let penis rest, constant tension. And when gains stop throw in some higher intensity work to deform tissues and continue to 24h stretch to ensure penis heals in extended state. I have esl40 and it can easily be worn under pants in work. Tension is very light though and not enough to make gains if not newbie dick. At least not for my hanging hardened dick.

What do you guys think if this theory never let it be in natural state but in constant torture until tissues give up and deform.

My opinion FWIW is that it’s not the right approach. You need to heal.

This will actually make your penis retract and lead to injury. We don’t torture our penis to initiate growth.

Thanks Rhinoguy. Since I’ve been wearing the extender for at least 12hrs/day, I should see some good gain by the end of 3 to 4 months. Entering my second month with 5 mm extension on the rods last week and felt extra stretching sensation on the entire penis length for 4-5 days. Now the stretched tissues/cells have accustomed to the increased rod length I don’t feel as much stretching. Looking forward to advance another 5 mm by the month end.

I could never wear one of these things more than 4 hours per day because of pain around my corona from the noose. If you can do 8+ hours, you should see some pretty rapid growth. The early gains will be mostly ligament stretch, and when that is tapped out it will slow down. Studies how that extenders work on the penis tissues in general beside the ligaments, given enough time. One thing I really would like to see- and probably never will- is a rigorous peer reviewed longitudinal study of extenders.

That is a good indication that you are extending correctly and that you are gaining.

Hearing that they use an extender for 12 hrs makes me imagine 2 things, either the person has pain resistance much higher than normal or is using the extender in the wrong way. I use it for 6:30 a day, 5 days on 2 off, and it makes me sensitive and some days the last 30 minutes of the last 3 hrs session is a horror. But I’m holding on!

Obs. I’m not criticizing anyone, but I myself was using the wrong extender and reading the forum and user opinions I corrected my mistakes. Worth the reflection.

I have it the exact same way! And I’m wondering if I’m doing the extending at too much traction, but I’m only doing the first mark on the Jes extender. My own measurements of the springs (using a standard baking weight which is hard) is that they are much more than 900, 1200 and 1500grams at least on my device, so that is maybe the problem.

I measured JES spring tensions

1 mark: 1200 grams
2 mark: 2400 grams
3 mark: 3000 grams

So its quite accurate that ONE spring produces 1200 and 1500g tension (mark 2 and 3).

But first spring is 600.. JES manufacturer says 900 in instructional video ..

Also, fun fact, instructional video and manual says two different things.

Video (4:24) : 900, 1200 and 1500g
Manual: 1200, 2000, 2800g
(I’ve attached screenshots)

Normally in physics you operate with linear springs.. Ie. Force is linear to length of the spring. At least both manual and video is describing the springs accordingly to this (300g and 800g intervals)

It is because the video is old, and from the old extender, that was delivered with springs up to 1500 grams/pair. The new ones has up to 2800 grams.

Yes. I have quite new. Few years old and both springs fully compressed its about 2,8 - 3 kg.

1200, 2000, 2800 is quite close what I measured. 2nd line beeing little more about 2400 and full compression 3000g.

I double check today when I go home.

There are many other types than linear springs. These seem to be decressive.
