I first got ‘into’ ball stretching because my left nut, left to its own devices would like to settle inside my body. It is very uncomfortable and it’s been a ‘problem’ for a long time, but I didn’t think I could do anything about it. My sack is really tight normally. I started by just stretching the skin in the shower. I did use the oxballs squeeze at first but honestly, I would suggest just going straight to steel weights. The squeeze seems less intimidating but it’s actually a lot more painful. You have to really stretching it out in order to get it around and if you lose the grip on it, it can snap back on you, which is every bit as painful as it sounds. Steel weights don’t do that. I would recommend starting with a 10mm or 20mm. Take a warm shower, then massage with shea butter and slip on the rings. They’re extremely comfortable and you can wear them all day and night. For me, given what my left testicle wants to do, it’s significantly more comfortable with the weight on.
It’s a weird feeling to get used to. You feel stretched but it’s quite pleasurable on the inside. You get used to it. It’s addictive honestly. Much less work than PE and the results are faster too. I noticed within a few weeks, they started hanging lower regularly. On a really cold day, it’ll still want to contract, but it’s slowly becoming unable to get super tight, which is what I want.
You also get the ball slapping during sex.
