PDE5 inhibitors (Cialis) and extending

I am curious if anyone here has used an extender while having the effects of Viagra or Cialis still going on? I seem to notice that after taking cialis the night before, then using an extender in the morning, results in me being able to turn the twisty knobs at the base of the extender more while maintaining the same amount of tension. In theory this would kind of make sense because the smooth muscle in the penis should be able to relax more with the effects of the drug. So you have less of an pull back from the smooth muscle while strapped in the extender.

So I was wondering if anyone else has noticed something similar?
