Thank you for the advice ill stop using the PM at night and just stick to using it during the day from now on.

PM after 1st week

This has been an interesting week.

Since I got my PM exactly 1 week ago (I’ve worn it every day except for the weekends).

At first, I didn’t think I’d see any gains. I noticed that though my measured girth didn’t increase, it sure did look a lot thicker.

I didn’t quite see a lenght increase, but last night when I measured I realized that I got some gains!

I started at: 6.25 BPELx 5 on 6/11

Last night 6/17/04 I measured and my BPEL was 6.75! It almost could stretch to 7!

I used to have measurements like this from using a pump after months, but I went back down after stopping.

I’m excited but cautious. IT might be that my original measurements were shorter than they should have been because I couldn’t get as hard when not at home with my hot wife (who I just shaved competely smooth last night).

Anyway, I’ve been wearing my PM and discovered that under my loose jeans I can wear it pointing both up and down. For most of the week I wore it pointing up. But then I realized I could wear it down.

I know that my LOT of 6:30-7:00 means I should pull up or straight. Wearing the PM down actually becomes that 3rd leg and when I sit, it’s more like pointing straight. Somehow, I feel the straight out stretch works better for me. But I will alternate every hour between pointing up and pointing down.

I noticed that if there’s a night where I masturbate or have sex, my cock seems to shrink (seems). ONe consecutive days where I haven’t had any sex or orgasm, my cock stays steadily big.

The biggest change I’ve noticed since using the PM regularly is that I have a consistently larger flaccid lenght and girth than before.

I’ll keep you all posted. I’m excited and hope I can keep this rate of increase at least for the first month or so.

After 3 days at maximum stretch I was able to change the torsion rods to increase the stretch lenghth. Does anyone know how often and how much to increase the rods?

upn or down?

Hey guys,

Should I wear my PM up or down? The manual says either way is fine, but I really want to get rid of my upward banana curve. For some reason, it seem stretching dowardsd would stretch my dorsal section more, thus straightenin the upward curce. Does that make any sense? However, according to my 7:00 LOT, I think I’m supposed to be stretching upwards or straight out.

I’m changing every hour between PMing up to 12 o’clock and straight forward (as a third leg in my pant leg, which looks really freaky in my loose jeans!). I wonder if anyone at my office has noticed the bulge?

Also, I’m starting to hate wearing briefs! The squeeze my unit and keep it squished. When wearing the PM, Boxers give me a lot more flexibility under my pants.

What do you all think?

Mine suggests wearing it in the down position. My PM is very recent.

Wear it down, the design of the PM is to stretch the tunica, and by wearing it down, you are adding a lig stretch. Test it out. Wear it only up for 2 weeks, and wear it only down for 2 weeks, and tell me your results.

I’d like to know how long everyone is wearing their PM for.
It seems to me that longer duration daily is more important.
I’m not too keen on wearing this monster during work, but I was thinking about a concealed ADS.

I’ve noticed that the guys who wear the PM for the recommended 8 hours a day are getting incredible gains.
I’ve also noticed that if you do a great PJ session and then a long PM session you get even better results.

4 hours a day and longer are needed to achieve very good results.
8 hours a day is optimal.

Comfort is key, you want to feel the stretch, but not the pain.
If it’s painful, its not working the way it was intended.

Great info on this thanks. I have a home-mad version, I dont think I could ever wear it in the down position at work.

On the instructions, what is the verbiage they use when telling you how far to stretch it? Stretch it till you feel a hint of pain, then back it up, or stretch it to 80% or 90%?

I have reread this entire thread and feel that I must comment on the pm.

It is without doubt a extremely well made device with a backup service that is far better than any company that I have ever come across! . I know this because after 13 weeks of using this product I have already requested two new sets of straps ,and on both occasions I received them within a week of me sending an email.I even offered to pay for the straps but they would not hear of it.

It is a product you can wear any time and any place, I have worn mine when driving ,bricklaying delivering white goods ,boxing and running,in fact the only activity i do when i have to take it off is when i go swimming ,and then i put it back on when i have finished.

And as far as gains go after 2 weeks of using the product my partner made some unexpected comments about how penetrative sex was definitely feeling different.

It is up to you to how much you really want to make gains and how much effort you are willing to put in. If you are serious about adding an inch or two,safely then i have no doubt that this device will do it.

I wish I were as comfortable wearing mine as you are with yours. Maybe I’m maxing out the tension too much. don’t wear it when I’m in the car, if for some reason I absolutely have to take it off, it might be very distracting. And God forbid I get in an accident and am taken to the ER

I tried to jelq but an injury from due to bad advice four years ago has never healed up and so I cannot use this in my PE

I do pump for 30 minutes 3 times per week

I have gained 1.5 inches in the thirteen weeks since i started. This is erected bone pressed. I cannot give flaccid measurements as i did not take any
I plan to carry on to do the full six months as recommended in the paper work provided,as long as they keep sending me the new straps. Then i will quit PE to see if the gains are permanent.
My main tips for wearing the pm is as soon as it feels painful whip off the strap readjust and refit it takes less than a minute and will save unnecessary suffering so giving you the will to do the average 8 hours a day i do.

Use some sort of padding at the bottom

Old worn straps cause pain

When you first put it on have a quick stretch and use a low pressure then add pressure after its been on for about 20 mins.
First sign of pain remove and refit.

I know i should try to find the answers to my question sin this thread as i;m sure they r here… somewhere. But it;s 30 freakin pages!! so please help me out :D

other problems also resolved… am weraing it now and it;s very comfortable… there’s not much tention tho… i have the longest rods in and screws out all the way… my member is fully extended but i donlt really ‘feel the tention’… is this normal?

Unless you are using all the rods supplied and your cock is about 13”, then its not right.You need to feel some tension. If you are using the longest rod only,and I suspect you are, try adding another smaller one and reduce the screw tension all the way down then gradually tighten up. You need to have the base pressing fairly snugly against your body.

The “8 hours a day for maximum” blows me away.

I did 3 sessions yesterday, +2 hours twice, and 1 hour. I can barely stand it for 1.5 hours, so I wonder if you guys that go more than 2 hours are backing it down a little. I believe I am on 2 months with this, my home-made PM.

Even if I back it down, I am still feeling the fatigue and need a break.

Granted, mine is a home-made version, so maybe the actual model just has a better comfort fit.

Ordered my PM yesterday and with a LOT of 9, I am hoping for ligament length gains. I will keep accurate records.

Am 20cm BPEL currently. Two years of jelqing and manual stretching to get there from about 17cm BPEL. I dont do enough PE, so I hope this device will speed things along.
