Test 1:
- Place the pump ball on the rotary valve
- Turn the pump ball to the right (valve opens)
- Push in the pump ball until the membrane bulges outwards
- Turn the pump ball to the left (valve closes) and remove
- Place the glans chamber in a water glass and observe whether the chamber gets blisters (valve and seam)

Test 2:
- Push in the pump ball
- Place the pump ball on the rotary valve
- Turn the pump ball to the right (valve opens)
- Let go of the pump ball and suck the membrane completely into the chamber (if necessary, suck up again)
- Turn the pump ball to the left (valve closes) and remove
- Leave the glans chamber at least 4 hours
- Watch the inner membrane (should relax only a little)

We also need a photo of the inside of the valve.

I have a photo where I believe we have the same issue have you checked your rotary valve if it has the same small cracked in the circle area, you can send me a private message in my profile so we can do a follow up will be great !

I made an account just to thank you for this info. I’ve a similar story: bought PMP in April, worked perfectly until end of July. Then suddenly started losing all suction immediately after the ball pump is removed.

I’ve contacted support and sent the videos twice. Based on your post I took a closer look at the screw part and there indeed is a small crack/hole.

Hopefully they will reply now as I’ve sent a new image highlighting the problem. At least for me they have not been too quick to reply. It’s a shame really as the product itself is quite good.

Still no answer from their support. I’m waiting for another week and after that I’ll have to start writing reviews to warn everybody.

Hi guys, so I think I’m having the same problem, yesterday I was wearing it and suddenly heard a sound, my penis slipped off the pressure chamber and when I tried to put it on again I would lose pressure everytime I took away the green pump ball. So it seems like one of the 2 holes on the piece of plastic that screws into the pressure chamber is defected, similar to leonc picture.

So at the moment I was able to get around the problem with this solution, give it a try it may work like it did with me, it’s fast to do and free:

Cut off a piece of paper tissue (the ones you use for blowing your nose), make it a little ball and put it inside the plastic piece that screws in, as you screw the plastic piece (the one with the 2 holes on the sides) in place the paper tissue will compress to the bottom and create that tiny bit of thickness which may or not be enough to fix temporarily the problem.

You have to find the right size so that it doesn’t stop the plastic piece from screwing all the way in (in which case you won’t be able to insert the green pump ball), while at the same time being able to add enough thickness so that it can stop little air leaks coming from the defected hole. Size I found to work was roughly 5x10 millimiters.

At the moment it seems like it’s working, after 20 minutes I’m noticing a slight decrease of pressure on the latex sleeve, don’t know if it’s normal or not, I will have to try wearing it and see if it can hold for 1-2 hour sessions with the penis inside.

Only difference is I’m using a large sized chamber that I ordered off of eBay. Not sure who produced it. It is shaped the same as the one that came with my kit. Hopefully they will stand behind their product. $80 and I don’t think it made it a full month before failing.

They are sending me new glans chamber, so I can now say they do handle these cases responsibly (albeit slow).

I emailed penimaster either once or twice with no response. I was just trying to find out if they had an option for a larger glans chamber. Glad you got through to someone. The glans chamber I’m currently having issues with is from a company in the Ukraine. It is larger than the one that comes with the kit. Shipping is slow, but customer service is great so far. The seller replied right away and is going to send out a new chamber as well as a video for a possible fix while I’m waiting. I actually already ordered an XL chamber from them as well. So I should receive that before long.

It turns out I did not email penimaster. I was a little click happy while purchasing the penimaster pro kit. I actually bought from and have been emailing “buypenimaster”. I’m currently trying to order some blue diaphragm and sluices. Penimaster shows out of stock, but buypenimaster shows in stock. Sent yet another email to them to confirm and have not heard back about that either. Made a purchase on eBay for them that was never sent as well. The seller told me the blue diaphragms were unavailable.
