Penimaster Pro - Vacuum Problems

Hey there. I really need help! I bought a Penimaster Pro a few weeks ago, and today had some time to give it a try. But I wasn’t able to get enough suction to get my glans/head to stay inside the PMP diaphragm cap.

What happens is this: I squeeze the pump and connect it to the diaphragm piece where the glans goes, then twist it and insert my glans and get the suction. But when I twist the pump to remove it, the suction deflates and my glans slips out.
I checked everything I could think of, checked the valve, watched the video again and again but can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Besides that, even when I was able to get my head in, I couldn’t get the whole thing in - and It’s NOT because I’m too big (15 cm long, 13.5 girth when erect), so I don’t know that to do differently and am asking you guys for help.

I’m bummed because this thing is expensive (I’m in Argentina), and I haven’t been able to use it.

I’d really appreciate any help. I’ve included a video of me trying so you can see how I’m doing.

I had suction issue with mine at first also. It took some trial and effort and advice to get it working well.

Which diaphragm and sluice rings have you tried so far? Are you using the gel it comes with? Have you checked the latex parts for holes?

For me, to get adequate suction, I do the following:

Step 1: Make sure valve is closed fully on the chamber before you begin.

Step 2: apply a bit of lube to to sluice ring and diaphragm, and spread it over all the surfaces that will touch your skin, then apply a drop to your glans and spread evenly there as well.

Step 3: attach the bulb and INFLATE the glans chamber slightly, so the diaphragm bulges outward just slightly, then remove the bulb. When you take the bulb off, you’ll know if you have a faulty valve, or a hole in your latexes. If it’s defective, the diaphragm will deflate.

Step 4: squeeze all the air out of the bulb and reattach to the chamber, keeping it squeezed the whole time. Then place the slightly bulging surface of the diaphragm against your glans. I’ve found it works best for me to seat it on the flat top surface of my glans. Then you release the bulb and let it suction to your glans.

Step 5: remove the bulb, then squeeze the air out, and reattach again, then release and it should suck your glans into the chamber fully. Take some time and work on figuring how much pressure it takes for you to be comfortable and for the device to feel secure.

It sounds complicated, but only takes about 30 seconds once you’re used to the process. Hope this helps.

I am not sure that I got it. Could you text me by private message and show me by whatsapp or telegram how do you actually do it?

Because I did it but with the hose! And now in one day I broke 3 diaphragms… I am very sad because I only have two more…

Please. If you can, I would really appreciate you show me how to do it and how dont you break your diaphragms!

1) Don’t use the bulb, just use the tube.

2) With the tube connected and the diaphragm and juice attached, blow into the tube until the diaphragm is expanded almost out of the chamber, push your glans against it and suck through the tube. This way no air gets between you and the diaphragm. Pinch the tube insert the pin and you’re good to go.

Is Penimaster pro the same as Penismaster pro?

Had you ever got the problem that the glans chamber got broken while using it and does it hurt a lot?

I also had problems with the ball to create suction. Somehow the valve comes loose when getting the ball off ..

I now use the tube. I managed to attache a valve from an inner tube of my bicycle to the end of the long tube. I can now easily suck out air (with the mouth) without it flowing back in. I just leave it attached and to release I detach the long tube from the short tube :)

I have the penimaster pro and find the vacuum bulb so easy to use:
My process of getting it on.
Get the glands ball and lock the valve, press all air out of vacuum bulb, insert glands ball valve into vacuum bulb, twist 90degrees to open valve, place over glands head until the tip of head just presses against the internal diaphragm, release the vacuum bulb which sucks in the head fully, then twist bulb back 90degrees to lock valve and I’m done.. All takes about 5 seconds and is tight enough to stay on for hours.

Yea thats the right site . Why do you think its a scam , is there a delay in the arrival ? Mine took like 30 days to arrive i think . They said because of the pandemic some of the components were delayed .

Do you need to press as well once your head is inside the green valve? Because if you do that I think is gonna explode the latex.

I own a Phallosan Belt, Phallosan Plus metal Rod extender, a Total Man Vacuum Weight Hanger and a Penimaster Pro vacuum metal rod extender.

I have not tried the Total Man compression weight hanger yet as thus far I have been all vacuum and will reserve the compression hanger should I ever get a blister from the vacuum on my Glans, but will have to watch a few tutorials on proper wrapping and take note of the 20 minute time max to avoid damage. Vacuum can weight hang longer for 30, 40, 50 minutes without damage other than edema I have noticed since I embarked on my hanging starting on October 1st.

I picked up a Penimaster Pro vacuum metal rod extender after watching a couple of YouTube videos by Baseem comparing the Penimaster favourably to the Phallosan.

At the end of the comparison video Baseem also claimed that the Penimaster increases the size of the Glans Head. That latter claim on a bigger Glans head prompted me to shell out about another $350 for the Penimaster.

I have the same issue with air leakage.
My head slips out immediately when I attach the Glans chamber to the indentation on the metal rod extender.

My initial thought is that there might be a flawed design. The Glans chamber comes in two hemispheres that appear to be glued together. My initial thought was that I attempted tooo great a stretch on the metal Rod extender and that this somehow created a micro separation between the two hemispheres creating air leakage.

‘I tried different sluece sizes and tried using the plastic pieces to make the hole smaller.

No luck.

It has therefore been collecting dust in my drawer since early September.

I emailed the MSP Concept GmbH & Co. KG E-Mail: support@penimaster.com asking for advice other than buying a new one yet they failed to respond. Typing this thread has prompted me to send off another inquiry in an attempt for them to salvage the relationship.

Reading this post above it seems as if another user attributes the air leakage to the green bulb air suction squeezer. I no longer have the mouth tube that came with it but will search my house again and double check the Total Man to see if it came with a mouth tube version as well. The black Total Man air squeezer by the way works exceptionally.

If I find it I will try that to see if it works which would then narrow the issue to the green bulb tube.

If I cannot find the mouth tube then I will wait for MSP to respond to my email(first email 3 weeks ago, 2nd email a few moments ago) to see if they have a minuscule of proper customer care. If no response then that will be it with Penimaster. I am a walker not a talker as I own two great alternatives but will talk them down on forums like this in future should they not respond.

If a response is received and I do not locate the mouth suction tube I just MIGHT give Penimaster another chance and place an order for 1): replacement Glans chamber, 2): new green bulb air presser and 3): new mouth breathing tube.

So just to clarify the chamber that you received from penimaster has also like a circle line around the chamber?

And what about the rotary valve? Have you checked where the rotary valve has 2 micro circles are in good condition, because mine one is I. Good condition and then the other seems like not perfectly rounding,

I haven’t tried the small sizes blue and green because I didn’t receive
I sent an email to urology consulting what can I do.
Because I have the same issues I order because hassem said is a good product
But I have this issue that my glans keeping out after I twist the green valve aire to release the green and go and insert into the rods or belt , eventually the glans will go out after 3 seconds.

Let’s keep talking so we can see how to fix this , seems we might help a lot of people with this issues.

They just reply because I said I want to return the item.

Hi…I bought penimaster pro on March this year. It was working for me perfectly. In July I noticed it is not holding the vacuum inside the glans chamber. I found that there is crack on the screw where the rotary valve attached. I took a photo and email them. They immediately send me replacement with new glans chamber, sluices, diaphragm and rotary valve. Their response is very prompt and very satisfactory.

Hello to the last two posters above.

Good news is that I received an email response from the MSP Support@penimaster.com email address with instructions to perform two tests and to take pictures to send to them.

I have not yet performed the tests but this email response is a good initial sign from this company.
