Take a few weeks off and start with a basic stretch and jelq routine my man! Once you have dialed in your jelq technique with time, and even manual stretching, I’m sure you can break this plateau you’ve been striving to defeat. Sometimes it’s the little things, and less can be more.Sorry to shift the thread, just wanted to give a few cents towards my best regards.

I plan to take a week off, i’m on day 4 right now. I have been doing stretches and jelqs as it was, 10 minutes every morning with heated stretches, 20 of jelq, 10 of edging then into the PF. Not sure how much of my thread you read but this is how it was. That alone should have done something if the PF really is just an ADS. It seems nothing will work and I have wasted some effort each day for the past 7 months. Also, I wish it could be called a plateau but that would indicate I was actually making some gains to start with!!
Yes you need to stop wasting your time with the phallosan. With an extender you would see stretched flaccid gains on a weekly basis. That is a real rod based extender.
Lol I keep saying I have the SG and plan to use it! If anything SG will be for the daytime and PF for the night time to try to keep it extended as an ANS. This will still allow optimal recovery with no impedence so at the very least, it will not cause gains on it’s own but It will also not prevent anything from coming of the rod extender.
