Pumping And Extending Combo
So I’ve recently changed my routine a bit and find it’s getting some results, so figured Id share the routine:
I currently pump with a Leluv auto pump attachment on my Leluv cylinder for 30 min at 5-6hg and then my Forte+ for about 4 hours, taking a 5 min break to flush in fresh blood and then end the session with another 30 min pump to keep me extended during cool down and transport in fresh blood and healing factors. I do this 5 days a week.
What I’ve found is, the pump session primes and shock loads the extender session and I’m much more pliable and stretchy in preparation for my extender session. I also feel there’s some protective benefit for the tissues going into the extender plump and full of blood from the pump.
Once I remove the extender during break, my junk comes out especially thick, instead of skinny and stretched looking like it did when just extending alone. Also, when I was just extending without the pump previously, I was developing a pale ring around the base of my glans from what I feel was from blood restriction from the vac bell sleeve, which the post workout pump session seems to have helped alleviate some by “reinflating” some of the restricted vessels from during the extending session and getting blood back to the area.
An added benefit, the vac bell sleeve immediately after the pump seems to mitigate some of the discoloration from pumping. Putting pressure on the area immediately after the pump seems to counter the effects of hemosiderin to some degree. I believe the combination of stretch medically and laterally helps break up the staining and pressure from the bell sleeve helps allow the body to reabsorb the hemosiderin more effectively. I had just been pumping without extending for a period and the skin discoloration was getting very noticeable and wasnt going away, but after adding the extender back into the routine, it’s definitely returned to a more normal color.
At the end of the day, I finish up with about 300 jelqs in the shower after I hit the gym and then try to do Fowlers (BTC) the rest of the evening to stay extended and keep the flaccid long for as long as possible before bed.
I gained about .25in in in length with this method in a little over a month and my girlfriend has definitely noticed, mentioning I feel longer and thicker and has actually asked, “Has your penis gotten bigger?”
Def a great feeling and motivation to keep pushing onward and that the routine is working! There definitely seems to be a good synergy working between the two and I have a feeling that the radial and medial strain during the same sessions and immediate blood and healing factors to the tissue post workout has helped with the more accelerated growth.
