Water Pumping Air Pumping Combo

So I bought the Bathmate Hydromax 7 and started using it beginning of August of this year. Then I bought the TLC Skin Cone along with wine stopper vacu vin to up it to the next level. Everything went well until I lost my skin cone about 3 weeks ago. I don’t know what happened to it, I looked every where. I don’t want to fork out more cash for another one so have been looking for alternatives, condoms with rubber bands, etc. All very awkward to use so I gave up using the wine vac in the shower and just do normal routine without the wine vac. But I found that when pumping dry I can still get a powerful pump with the wine vac without the skin cone, just not in the shower. So now I do both, water pumping and then later dry pumping with the wine vac. Does any one know of the benefits or downsides to doing both? Also does any one know of a viable cheaper alternative to the skin cone for the shower? I don’t want to buy another one because I feel the one I lost will show up out of the blue somewhere despite searching high and low for it. It cost me something like $27 with shipping. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Actually guys I think I am tapping out for now. I did too much too soon and need to take a couple steps back, did something foolish and rookie but I need to stop and let my thing go back to a more natural form. Adios for now amigos.

If you developed a “donut” of lymph fluid swelling under your glands, it will go away shortly. Ice water, massage, compression. It can dissipate quickly, in a few hours, and some of it may take a day or two to go away completely.

Edema is a function of too much vacuum and/or too much time. Back off one or both untill you no longer get it, then slowly increase again as your penis becomes more conditioned.

I’m not sure I agree that it becomes more common the more frequent you get it. I get a donut every so often, but I am pumping 1 hr at 5 inHg. It took me a while to build up to that level. It goes away in a few hrs and all is good again.

I tried a technique last few times called pulse pumping or dynamic pumping (while dry pumping. Pump in 5 minute intervals and 30 second downtime not fully releasing cock from chamber,

then pump again. Each time your cock will get bigger than the next interval each time. Thats how I ended up here lol

Pulse pumping is an advanced technique and should only be done when your penis has been conditioned to standard pumping. Even then, some guys may not be able to do so.

I can easily generate a donut by increasing the vac level over rhe level I normally pump at.

Stick with a standard pump program. Guys go to advanced techniques when the standard techniques no longer generate results.
