Someone ?
I really need advice, I know I already have a good size, but the reason I started PE is that I am not personally satisfied. I’m a pretty big guy 6’3 “(1.90m) and for aesthetic reasons I want bigger and just a little longer.
I plan to do a routine like this:
Morning:
- Pump + Cock ring: 2 x 10min
- Jelq: 15-30min (with exercises for thickness)
- Extender: 6-8 hours
Afternoon:
- Pump + Cock ring: 2 x 10 minutes (or more)
- Clamping: 4 x 10 minutes (or more)
Night:
- Fowfer and LAS
And Some Cock Ring before sleep
Jelq, Extender: 5 days: On - 2 days: Off
Clamp, Pump: 6 days: ON - 1 day: Off
Fowfer, LAS, Cock Ring: All days.
I start seriously jelq and fowfer there one week, I place an order for my Cock Ring (silicone), and 2 Cable Clamp. I buy the pump with the extender only if it is good in the Deluxe version.
Included daily supplements: L-Arginine (3g), L-Carnitine (2g), Maca (500mg), Muira Puama (420mg), Tribulus (1g) and Zinc (25mg).
I want to be the only one big she's never had. :) And be the bigger bulge they never seen.
Starting : BPEL : 8", MEG : 5.5", FL : 5.5", FG : 5" 1/8 Current : same as starting
Goal : BPEL : 8.5", MEG : 6", FL : 6", FG : 5.5" Ultimate Goal : BPEL : 9" - MEG : 6.3" - FL : 6.5" - FG : 5.75"
