Has anyone used this extender and can shed some light on it please?

I need a non Vacuum based option. I have an X4, I fucking hate it. tried to use it once. Need to get rid of it, its taking up space.
The AutoExtender and Quick Extender are the same premise as the X4, with a noose so no.

I have looked into the Jes Extender and now looking into the RestoreX .

Some people here have gained with restoreX. Use the advanced search function to find it. It’s is expensive and plastic. It might work for you. Most extenders don’t do much until after 2-3 months of consistent dedication which is the amount of time it can take getting comfortable with using.

I just got back in the game. I bought one of these because I have tried a bunch of cheap extenders in the past. I have to say this is by far the most comfortable design out there.

I’ve come to realize that if it’s a chore or uncomfortable to wear and extender you will not put in the work. I have been using it for two weeks now and its very comfortable. At first I tried using without wrapping but found the wrap to be easy to apply and worth doing because there is much less slippage and soreness afterwards. Currently I’m only measuring BPFLS and while it doesn’t translate directly BPEL its easier for me to use this measurement and its always consistent. In this short time using only twice a day with 2 days off in the last two weeks I went from 8.25” BPFLS to 8.5” BPFLS and that wasn’t a measuring discrepancy. I’ve done PE in the past and know how important the initial measurement is in order to feel good about your gains.

I plan on using it for the 3 months and applying heat, (my heatpad comes tomorrow) and see how the results are. If I can get to 9” BPFSL at the end of the three months I will be ecstatic with the devise. I’m doing a little more than the 30 minutes per session. I don’t know exactly how long but I work myself to get to my maximum extension and then once I’m there I do the 3 minutes.

I glued thick leather to both sides of my duck bill and that increase the comfort level a lot btw. Fuzzy side out

I recently purchase the restoreX unit. It’s a great design and the best extending mechanism I’ve ever seen. However, getting my head in the unit was painful for me. My head is almost five inches in circumference, so it’s very difficult and painful to clamp my head in there. The pain does subside after about a minute, but it’s still uncomfortable. I also purchase the LG extension which is comfortable and simple to use, but it’s not that stable. I tried to include a picture of the extender, but I can’t seem to figure it out.
