SIze Doctor Vacuum Extender

This is a somewhat odd contribution to this particular thread although not without its merits.

One great side effect I am experiencing from the Size Doctor is an expanded head, but also a great and deeper coronal ridge. I think getting it seated in the vacuum chamber correctly is the key, but the results are striking! As always, will need to see how much remains permanent, but the potential is there! Anyone else experiencing this?

Is this something i should pick up from the official site or can I get it from Amazon? I’m saving my pennies for a Phallosan, but this looks mildly more economical and sounds like it works better.

Doc, I honestly have no idea. I suspect the official site (if actually official) may be more reliable. It’s the wild west out there (or maybe east). I know I ordered via Amazon, got a set with only the three smaller size gaskets and had to go back and forth before ultimately getting the three larger sizes. It is key to make sure you have the correct size gasket. Too small means your head is stuck and hard to get out. Too large (per others’ experiences here) means slippage. The largest size works perfectly for me. Just be careful with blisters. I now tape (3M Micropore) and use a silicon cap (lube drop on it to slide into the unit with the suction bulb), and remove every hour or so to check, possibly reapply tape, etc. I had seen other commentary on blister prevention mentioning using take, the cap and baby powder (inside the cap). So I do that sometimes too. I did get a blister (pretty nasty one) a couple months ago, even with the tape and cap (no powder). But, I blame myself in part because I left it on for probably closer to two hours, and I did detect the tell tale burning sensation building up, but ignored it.

I hate that it happened to you Texan, but I’m glad you brought the experience to us to learn from. If it’s not too personal, what’s your rough glans/head measurement? Sounds like a larger bell might be ideal for someone around 4 - 5 inches flaccid.

Mattersofsize.com says they’re the sole official US importer for the Size Doctor. Apparently the relationship between MOS, size-doctor.us, and eBay is complicated…

Doc G, thanks. One learns from mistakes and if one makes no mistakes there is no lesson learned? I try to be sure to remove it once an hour to get blood to the glans, and to check whether there’s any “hot spots” developing. I always use the tape, sleeve, and now often some power (before cap). On the size issue, I think part of the development I am seeing is because I go into the stretcher quickly following the heated pump I do each morning. So, the head is enlarged already. The bell is filled, typically, on application, but I have noticed that the head size remains on removal. The last few times I have had more difficulty than usual on removal, due to head size. After reading your question I took a quick measure (I have been out of the stretcher for a bit) and it was just under 5”. Flaccid, yes, but a post pump and stretch session flaccid. I am really liking the ridge definition.

I had already contacted the manufacturer regarding the legetimacy of the sizedoctors brands being sold on eBay and MatterofSize PE forum. The Korean Size doctor is LEGIT, and the Size Doctor being sold on Ebay, Aliexpress and Alibaba are FAKES made in CHINA. !!!! In my personal opinion, these sellers are purchasing bulk merchandises “PE devices” such as fake SizeDoctors “made in China” and others similar models, and reselling them for a huge profit margin.

Whether mine is a knock-off or not, it seems to be performing. Not sure how long the gaskets may last, but I did see one site that offered parts, including replacements.

Anyway, I again added an incremental bar to the extender arms today, just one of the small ones. I do feel the added pull, and will continue to check every hour for any blister development. On March 15 I measured a stretched length in the device at 7 1/2”.This week I hit 7 3/4”-plus while in the device. Slow and steady wins the race.

There’s some (sometimes contradictory) stuff buried in the faq section at sizedoctor.us, which has to be in competition for “worst product web site ever.”

Redzulu on MOS suggested starting at 20 minutes per day and working up. It worked for me.

If your schedule is too aggressive, you may pull a blister or your glans might turn hard and fissued like a walnut. (it will massage out)

I had both problems, so I cut back tension and duration until they didn’t happen, then worked up from there. I’m pretty sure it was just me; blisters aren’t uncommon with vacuum devices, but almost all the reports were from people pulling *way* more tension than I was.

Yea finding a recommended schedule from sizedoctor seems impossible , I was wearing a ads for some months prior to getting the SD so iv kind of thrown my self in the deep end with it but most days I’m getting at least 5 hours on the clock and last night for around the third day in a row felt I could do with more tension so today is my first full day with an extra 1/2 “ bar , I can usually get 2 hours for my first session after that I break it down to 1 hour sessions , I’m liking the SD but I guess with most devices once the tension comes on there is an element of discomfort until the penis relaxes and stretches out .
I have found the glands do harden a little but as you say they soften quickly also sometimes the gland comes out white, ish but that also pinks up quickly . Pump tension in the chamber is crucial , too much & it’s painful or too little the glands sit too far back , usually I over pump , wait for 5 minutes too get a feel for the pain threshold and gently open the valve a little to let air in , when my gland is comfortable I close it off .
I have yet to find a recommended schedule so my goal is to simply wear it as long as possible at least 5 hours a day , I found a schedule for peni master online they recommended building upto 12 hour days , I don’t think with the SD this could be too practical as it’s not an overly small unit but hopefully within the next few weeks I’ll know if this is working or not as iv been stuck on 20 cm bpfsl for quite some time .

Question..has anyone tried using the SD in the spa or shower ? .

Ok …next question, has anyone experienced a gland gain from using the size doctor or other suction extenders ? , my gland blows up really big and stays that way sometimes for upto an hour but goes away after that I was wondering after time if some of that size becomes permanent ?

I’m using a Vac based extender and after around 3 months of usage I needed to switch from the medium to the large bell (medium suddenly became too small). I can’t really say if this is temporary but it surely feels good. I also pump some and I guess this is somewhat like ”packing the tube (=maybe some indication of growth)” and after some time a need to switch to a larger tube. Wasn’t sure if the head would react the same way as the tunica/shaft in the tube (=well it kind of did for me).
