There are lots of those out there. Published in what seems to be real medical papers. Still I feel there is something fishy about them. I’ve gone through a few and they usually say you can get results of one inch in length after 6 months of heavy use (10 hours daily). Is there any way to know if the results or studies themselves are manipulated somehow?

I haven`t read the studies but used a mechanical stretcher for half an hour a day in a hot bath and got the one inch of “newbie” gain in length, so maybe the mild stretch for many hours type approach works also.

The only problem that I see with that is that you have to wear the thing for so long each day, which never appealed to me.

The question remains though; who paid for the studies.

Trust the info you get from unbiased reporting here before real medical papers.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Most I have seen are from Italian researchers ..

With a specific commercial product ..

Not any better than a guy stating herein that he gained that much in this little time .

I bought the esl40 ADS. When I first bought it I could not wear it more than 4 hours. It gave a good stretch but was uncomfortable to wear at first. I stuck with it wearing it as long as I could each day. The more I wore it the comfortable it got. I started in August 2013. I wore it from 4-9 hours a day. At the end of one month I averaged wearing the ADS 7.5 hours a day for the month. I wore it everyday with no breaks. After the second month of wearing it I averaged 6.5 hours day,. At the end of the third month I didn’t do so good, I averaged 4.5 hours a day. I am on day 25 of the fourth month and so far I have averaged 6.5 hours a day. I have gained 1/8th inch in length after the first month of wearing the ADS, but no gains since then I have been stuck at the 1/8 inch gain. I did no other exercises just wore the ADS. So I would have to say that if you wore an ADS and nothing else, that over time (alot of time) you would increase length. Whether or not it will stay permanent after you quit using the ADS, is unsure of. How long will it take to gain length is also unsure of. I will continue to wear mine for six months as long as I can each day and see how much I gain.

1/8th after about 600 hours doesn’t seem worth the effort. You should switch to something else IMO, Salvatti.

These “studies” are based on a 2016 total usage plan. That’s 12 hrs a day for 6 months or 24 weeks. Average growth rate is calculated at 24 to 28 percent larger.

Reducing the amount of hours you wear the device makes it take that much longer to see results and results will come at a much slower pace. You are better off sticking with a 4 hour a day plan for a couple of years to stay consistent and constant.

When I started using an extender, I was averaging about 4 hours a day and it took me about 6 months to gain my first 1/8”. I reduced usage to about 3 hours a day and gained another 1/8” over the succeeding six months. However, I was also pumping and stretching. After two years, I had gained a total of about 3/4”. I am now down to about 2 hours a day, four days a week. I am using It more for maintainence/cementing purposes and perhaps another 1/4” over the next year or two. As far a I am concerned, growing my EL by an inch or about 20% will be well worth the time and effort.

It sure doesn’t seem worth the effort.

If that was the only PE option I had I wouldn’t PE.
