Super thin bean shoot

Hey there,

I just got a new extender and it works and grips much better than the cheap one I first got, however this is the first time I could actually use it properly and my penis looked so thin and the head of my penis shrunk considerably while using it.

Is there anything I’m meant to do, is this normal? Should I worry that I’m shrinking my penis(joke), but yes, is this normal?
