The latest Phallosan Plus+ extender model.

For the record, I’d like to inform everyone that there is a size difference between the older and the newest Phallosan extender models. I own both models, and I love the latest one. It is incredibly lightweight, and I can sleep for 7 to 8 hours with it without any issues. I believe it is safer to sleep only with the Phallosan sleeves, even though this might be a controversial issue for some of you. The Phallosan extender manual states that it is not suitable for sleeping, but I have been extending with the Phallosan+ during the evening hours without any problems. My nocturnal erections are still great during the extended periods at night.

I just woke up after sleeping straight through the night with the Phallosan Plus extender, and my penis is in perfect condition without any issues. The secret to sleeping with a penis extender is not to pump too much air into the glans; it’s not really necessary to inflate the glans fully. Just enough air to keep the glans inside the cup for 8 hours is sufficient. Another critical factor is that the sleeves must be soft, like the Phallosan sleeves, around 1 to 2 millimeters thick. With this protocol in place, no one should have issues with nocturnal erections, as long as the extender is lightweight, made of plastic material, and the sleeve is not rigid and thick like the TotalMan or LG Hanger sleeves.

I like to use a TotalMan rigid large-size sleeve to hold the cup in place so it won’t pop out during my extender routine. This might not be strictly necessary, but I prefer it for peace of mind.

I also place a light, soft sleeve at the end of my penis to seal the end of the Phallosan sleeve as an extra layer. This might not be necessary for everyone, but I find it helpful.

Furthermore, I protect my glans by applying a small piece of Nexcare waterproof tape to the tip. Then, I add a Visco Gel toe cap and the Zen Hanger extra-soft silicone sleeve to protect the underside of the penis and glans from excess edema.

I also tuck my Phallosan extender between my legs. Moreover, I only sleep in three positions: on my left side, on my right side, and on my stomach.

I too own both the older version of the Phallosan Plus metal Rod extender as well as the newer Phallosan Plus with the plastic extender rods.

What I like about the newer version:
#1): has a wider base

#2): wider base allows you to put on and take off without having to remove the head suction cup whereas the previous one if you inadvertently placed the penis suction cup on before the base you would have to take it all off and start from the beginning.

#3): the plastic rods allow for tightening and loosening the tension while wearing the device whereas the previous version you had to disconnect the head suction to add on additional rods to increase the tension.

#4): the newer Phallosan Zulu’s allows you to stretch to the Left and to the Right which is a great addition to simply stretching up, vertical or down.

You can feel a healthy noticeable good feeling tug when stretching to the Left or Right.

What I do not like is the fact that the plastic rods do not offer adequate maximum level resistance.

With the older version of the Phallosan Zulu’s I had a “hack” of additional silver metal rods of 1.25 inches and 2.0 inches that I ordered on Amazon that I could add to the origami Phallosan Gold rods to increase the tension gradually to levels that far exceed what you can do with the newer plastic rods.

Does anyone know of a “hack” to get longer plastic extension rods?

I have asked Phallosan directly several times if their Engineers will be designing longer plastic rods and they have advised NO.

The only other thought I had was to work directly with a precision plastic molding firm, which I happen to have in my city, but I imagine it might be cost prohibitive to ask them to mold longer plastic pieces.

Would like to simply be able to place an order on Amazon if available but I have not come across any options.
