Hi everyone, i´ve been using a bibhanger starter for a week, but before i was using a extender and exercises for near 3 months but not too much gains, i´ve read that probably combining things is the best way so i´ll tell you the routine i´m going to do now.

-Wearing the extensder as much as i can 6 or 7 hours a day
-In the morning 50 kegels
-6x20 bib hanger, increasing the weight 250gr (0,55 pounds) everyweek
-200 jelqs

Routines are often combinations of things but rest is actually a factor worth working into your combinations and it helps if a routine combines several things that have positive benefit.

The ADS theory with extenders is that first you do work that increases the size of your penis and then you use the extender to keep the penis in it’s lengthened state for as long as possible so that it heals longer. I use the term theory loosely. I’m not sure that this is an accurate representation.

The traction theory for extenders is that a constant low weight for many thousands of hours will gradually force the penis size to increase. I think you’ve tried this one but potentially not for long enough to figure out whether this works. Again this has problems. The penis itself has weight and therefore pulls down on itself for long periods of time, so clearly there must be some minimal level of stress required and maybe a traction device at low tension doesn’t provide enough. If it doesn’t, what does it do? We know the penis reacts to the stress of PE by gaining strength, therefore is it reasonable to assume that an extender at low tension may only provide enough force to make the penis stronger.

People do report at least limited gains with low tension extenders. So maybe there is something that works somewhere in some combination.

You may find your starting weight for the hanger needs to be higher because you’ve already used an extender. You may also find that you need more hanging sets. If you aim to hit a point where the weight is comfortable for your sessions until you hit a certain number and then it becomes unbearable, this might be an indication that you are on a good weight.

Be aware that you’ve tried extenders. They haven’t worked. You’re trying hanging. It may also not work. Another option is a long period of rest (many months) to decondition.

Other than that your routine looks good. Most successful hangers do some jelqing.

I do light jelqing but right now the goal is just to improve circulation.

I am in love with hanging right now.

I would say use the extender unless it interferes with your hanging. If the constant use of both causing you to not be able to hang then you should decide which method is more important.
I was using an ADS for just a bit and it caused a skin tear. Because of this I had to reduce my hanging sets and weight. So if anything it set me back.

After that I decided that I know that hanging works for me, why do something that might interfere with what’s working.

If you can get both working then more power to you. I am sure it wouldn’t hurt gains if you are doing both.

I just notice you said you started hanging this week. Yet you are already up to 6 x 20 minute sets. You know that isn’t what Bib teaches. You are going to open yourself up to problems if you push hanging faster than your tissue can adapt.

Just a word of warning. Read through his forum and you will see a constant theme of people pushing to fast and not being able to handle the skin discomfort. You need to think long term.

Not “need”, it is your penis but he bases his advice on years of experience and many customers.

I´ve started 2 weeks ago, but first week i did only monday to wendesday i remember, and the last week i complete the week, this i started with the 6x20, but you are right i think i push into to many set very fast, my mistake.

Hanging then wear your ADS/extender (for as long as you can) is the best way to gain length in my opinion, hey maybe you should follow some guys here, I read a lot of progress threads in members forum, that’s very good way to search for routines I think, just read the Five-stars threads.

I wear the ADS and i do the hanging and i do again the extender

Finally my full routine
-When i wake up use some baby cream
-I go to the gym and in my way back i do 50 kegels
-I have i hot shower
-20 stretching up, i think i have low lot (but im not so sure, and also i hang down angle)
-Use the extender 4-6 hours a day split (4 to 4:30 now and rest at the end of my routine).
-Hang 9x20 with bibstarter
-200 wet jelqs with baby oil
-Use the extender (2 to 2:30 hours).
-Apply some baby cream before go to bed

I increase only 1mm the extener everyweek
I increase only (0,55 pounds) everyweek

Just be careful.

It looks from what you just said from last week to this week you have added 3 sets in one week when 1 set is the recommended amount from Bib. I understand the desire to speed things up but an injury will derail your PE career for awhile.

It is your penis so it is your choice.

If you should get a chance you should check out his forum. It is nowhere near as big as this forum but it is all hangers. If you read other posts you will notice a common theme of people pushing to hard and getting numbness, edema, and soft tissue problems.

thanks bhcentral, i´ve been including 1 set everyday, yes is not as bib says, but i think with the weight i was hanging i wasn´t feeling too much, so i decided to go for the 9 sets, now i can do it, and also i´ll only increase 250gr everyweek, less than 1 pound.
