I made one. I used 1/2 aluminum round bar and 1/4 inch SS round bar for screws. Threaded all myself, and I used 3/4 inch pipe, which looks about the same as what’s in your pics.

This is how I fabricated the pieces. While I was at it I made some longer and shorter bolts and pieces, since I wasn’t sure what length I needed. It’s rock solid indestructible.

Great DIY instructions! You gave me a great idea on how to build a more comfortable base. Your tubing seems a perfect solution. I have a problem with my base girth. Even tough I sanded the ring out to the max, the slightest form of an erection and my base turns into a cock-ring making the putting on a real nightmare. Esp in the mornings.
