They send me an email about this new product. I would buy it. But my last purchase DHL asked me to describe every item an its function. I wrote chamber for massage :) and silicone cover etc. With this I can’t think of what to say.

Maybe an extending tool for the body part that is getting massaged.

I dont think it matters much. I just put them as sports/training equipment and had no problems getting through customs. I doubt they actually check the packages, they probably test them for drugs and explosives like they do on airports and maybe run it through an x-ray machine.

As for the extender, i glad i notices this thread. I looked it up and clicked on the video and as soon as i saw that the base of the extender can be behind the balls i ordered it. I have been using the jes extender and i would often get sore from it pushing on my balls. IMO thats a huge improvement and i have not seen other extenders like that. The fact that it a rubber string and bands to generate traction seemed a bit cheap at first, but it actually works pretty well. Maybe not that easy to know how much traction is being applied exactly, but i have been doing it mostly by what feels right anyway.
