Total Man Extender 3.0

I purchased the NEW Total Man Extender 3.0. And so far I love it. I am always taking a nap with the extender. For this reason, I add a belt for stability and support when I am moving around in my bed (sleeping positions back, left, and right is safer without any issues).

It looks cool. How much was it?

They launched it recently….how is it? Do you think it’s good for uncut guys? I bought penimaster pro and it’s causing me pain coz of the foreskin sucked in to the chamber. It’s very quick to wear it. What about total man? Is it easy and quick to wear?

I have been considering this new version. I am especially interested in the new larger vacuum cap (size 5) that is 48mm which is larger than my XL Phallosan Forte vacuum cap. Please let us know how this works for you.

In my humble opinion, the total man extender is superior in quality and practicality. Go to the TotalMan website and watch those videos. I used to have the following extenders such as Penimaster Pro, SizeGenetics, Phallosan, Size Doctor, X4Labs, Jes Extender, and many others from eBay and Aliexpress. And I can say without any doubt that Total Man’s new version 3.0 is superior quality. It is easier and more practical, especially with my modification to nap time for 20 to 30 minutes.

Attn.: I can’t say much cause I don’t wanna sound like I am promoting this product. But If you google or research my nickname on the 3 main PE forum websites, you will see that I had already purchased almost every single extender out there.

Attn.: I was circumcised as an adult at the age of 50, and I never had any issue with the Total Man vacuum chamber before and after my circumcision.

I think you have enough credibility from your prior contributions that you shouldn’t have to worry about that. Honest reviews are always welcome.

BTW, I didn’t know there were 3 main PE forum websites. I only knew of this one and the site formerly known as PEGym.

I was circumcized as an infant, and I haven’t had any problem with the Total Man chambers either.

Matters of Size is back up now. They’ve managed to restore all the messages, but all the old images are 404. It took a couple of months for activity to pick back up.

There are also LPSG and Phalloboards that I know of, but I’ve spent very little time on either.

The pictures you posted show it better than what is on Total Man’s site. At least, shortly after it came out.

Which product are you reviewing here? I see both a "Compression Extender 3.0 Kit" and a "Vacuum Extender Kit 3.0" separately listed at TotalManShop. They are somewhat different and also have different prices.

The Extender Frame Only! To be honest, I hadn’t had time to test the compress hanger.

The Total Man Extender 3.0 Frame design is better than the old metal version because it is light and compact. I believe everyone will be able to go out in public, work in the office setting, take a nap, or even sleep for only a few hours. (yes, I slept 7 hours straight with the 3.0 version) In contrast, the previous version, 2.0 frame Metal is not discreet and almost impossible to hide.

Also, it is easier to put on/off due to the elastic tension band method, and the pelvic ring design is effective and comfortable to avoid pelvic pain. In my personal opinion, this new version is definitely the most comfortable penile extender on the market today.

Keep in mind, that I only had it for a few days. So I need more time to have a final product review.

Another plus I noticed on the website is the pelvic ring size. One of the issues with most extenders is the pelvic ring is not large enough for large girth users. X4 has a larger ring but it was only larger vertically. LG Hanger custom males a larger ring but it is expensive and only fits his extender. This one appears to be large enough for most everyone. I might give this one a try.

Wait—you can hide this thing in public and move around normally while wearing it?! Looking at the photos of this contraption, how is that even possible?

Not questioning your judgment if you have practical experience doing these things with it, but moreso just truly baffled regarding the ability to wear this thing discretely without impeding movement while going about my day in public.

Those are two of the main obstacles holding me back from getting any of these frame extenders: both functional practicality and discretion when I don’t have much time to sit around privately and let it all hang out freely. I’m really interested in learning how this extender can be worn unnoticed in public without restricting movement.

I just drove to the store to buy some groceries, and I walked inside with the extender pointing upwards position for almost an hour without any pain in the pelvic area. Nobody noticed that I was wearing a penile extender. Next week, I am planning to walk on the treadmill with the extender every day to lose weight. So I will let you know how comfortable is the new pelvic ring.

I think some people (depending on the individual profession) should be able to wear the penis extender pointing upwards with loose pants. Just make sure you set up the extender with a small carabiner clip, 48" belt, and valet ring. (see my first post)
