Traction device help

I don’t know what brand i have but they are all the same it looks like. But the main rod on the bottom of the device has come out of the screw in part and i can’t get it to screw back in. Anyone have this happen on how to get it back in. i tried pushing really hard while twisting to get it back to sync with the laces of the screw in part. it wont for some reason screw back in. Thanks

Is it a left handed thread? Try screwing it in a counter clockwise direction. That would be widdershins for you commonwealth types.

Yep, Thanks. I did try that and it wasn’t working. I think I didn’t push it into the hole far enough to be close to the screw in. But yep i just tried it again when you said that and it worked. Sweet.
