Useless extender?

Is it just me or is it hard to get extenders to stay on?
I mean, the head just slips off, cant adjust it tight enough…

Got this one. Just waste of money?

Yeh the best one I have found is the phallosan forte but with the metal extender not the belt but even that is not great you would of thought that in 2021 would have better ones than what we had over 10 years ago

Some have a additional flat strap that helps also I heard cohesive tape may help though I’ve yet to try it.

Trial and error. The suction type that attach to the head, in my opinion, give the most efficient pull. Size Doctor, PeniMaster Pro, others work well, but the downside is a risk of blisters. I have moved mostly to the standard PeniMaster that has the flat type straps, rather than the noose. With some trial and error you can figure out how to best place it in a pretty comfortable way, though you still need to remove it now and then for blood circulation. But, others swear by the noose. As I said, trial and error and all need to find what works best to allow a reasonable period of time for application, even if it requires removal and reapplication now and then.

I have an extender same style different brand. It can hurt at first for sure. I use the disposable ace bandage self adhesive tape at just below the gland it works really good. It does not slip then and as well does not pinch at the bottom that hurts and wakes you up really fast from the pinch.

I have one, had great gains 2 years ago with it, in the end of this month I will use it again for the rest of the year, hope I can regain some and gain some more.

I bought penimaster pro last week. Its super comfortable. I had 3 types of noose type and i cannot tolerate the pain. That is why finally invested in PMP

Not uncomfortable to use at all.

Was around $100 though.. Only problem

Don’t know if you are cut but, usually it is easier to use an extender when you have a circumcised penis.

What you mean by only problem? The length of the rod can adjust or not? Can it wear under the pants?
I saw photos where the rod looks very long and cannot adjust. Please explain.. Thanks

I suspect he was referring to the price being the problem.

I use ResQTape to wrap and then an elastic band to help hold the noose material in place.

They take some getting used to and there are still times when I get it wrong and only last a half hour, but overall I can get a much harder pull from the noose type than my suction unit.

Got link to setup? I bought a silicone sleeve that actually make the strap work, but im a bit afraid the sleeve is a bit too tight, penis feels cold after a while…

ResQTape is a name brand, but it works for web search purposes and other brands are all the same.
It’s a self-adherent silicone tape that’s designed to be used for emergency repairs to plumbing.

I use a 2” width tape wrapped around the ‘ole sausage one time, just enough overlap to keep it from coming off, and then secure the noose over top of it. I also use an elastic band to hold the ends of the noose from slipping and add a bit more security to the whole setup by wrapping around the whole device.

It can be reused many times. I seem to go through a roll of the stuff about once a year.
