I like both the LG better then the Total Man extender. The instructions both seem a bit difficult but I’ll have to make due. As long as it comes with a pump and I don’t have to suck the air out of that damn valve and I”m good.

Jesus. The LG Hanger Extender accessory is $235! And that doesn’t include the attachments that are needed. For that price I think I’d prefer to go with the Penis Pro.

On the Total Man website. The extender isn’t that bad. But does it come with a pump for the vacuum head? It doesn’t show…

I’ve narrowed it down to that or a PenisPro.

I like the Size Doctor - but I don’t like how there isn’t much in way of photos and instructions on the surgery guys website. I wish there was more.

No to the Size Doctor for sure. I’m considering getting a knock off off of DHGate or whatever…. BUT…. If I go that route I”m not buying something else…I”ll have to wait and that takes up more time if things don’t work out. I”m currently working from home so its perfect for me to get some PE in….hence why I”m so adamant about getting something so soon…. but damn, the penis pro is $317 USD!!!!

Should I pull the trigger?

i bought it. $317 USD…can’t believe i spent that much on an extender….

Oh well…. The only previous extenders I’ve used were basic and cheap….but they did the job….the only vacuum based extender i used was MB’s Vac extender which is what i got the most gains out of…. I just want to get something that is specific and has some research behind it…i hope this works…

Hi Sketch2000, I don’t know if you’re still active on this forum or not but if you are I’m interested to know why you would prefer a pump to evacuate the cylinder? Sucking the air out seems pretty easy to me and gives sufficient vacuum for extending or to hang 6lbs. Did you find an alternative? And was it actually any better?
