Vac Based Extender

I’ve been using a simple noose based extender for years. Switched to MB’s Vac Extender and for the first time in years i was able to maintain a stretch over 6 inches. Averaging 2-5 hours a day.

But i’ve had 2 vacuum rings break within 2 weeks.

I don’t like sucking out the air manually either. I figure someone somewhere has to have made an easier way.

I’m looking for an alternative.

Any suggestions?

Also to add there is an original size doctor for $300+ and cheap chinese clones as per threads.

When I started having difficulty with my version 4 vacuum cap, I switched back to my old version 3 cap which uses a vent hole to manually push your glans against in order to vent the cap. I believe it is still available on the website. I mount it “bare” without the aid of sleeves or tape.

The Xpick guy (or whatever his username was) seemed to have some great gains with the SizeDoctor.

I ordered Totalman slider extender for myself to use with LG. It seems to be on 40% sale now.

He sells vacuum extender which is cheap Chinese knockoff with LG sleeves, maybe you can try that if on budget.
Get that from ebay/Aliexpress and order LG sleeves.

I think it should be fine for extending but do not hang with it.

I”m considering shelling out the money for the Penis pro.

It appears to be better made then the size doctor. I could go with a knock off but if it breaks I”m back to having nothing. Since the Vac Extender broke from autoextender (and i love MB’s products) I”ve been doing nothing….. i loved the unit but i think the hose suction is too old school and the vacuum rings kept breaking on me. If you guys had to choose penis pro or size doctor?

I have used penismaster pro in past and would prefer LG over it if the size/bulky is not an issue for you .

I don’t use any vacuum pump now and I confirmed with Marlon you can hang till 5lbs with no extra pump. The sleeves generates pressure enough to create a good seal. I hang 3lbs now and pressure reading is 2+hg , no pump just weight attached .

Penis master pro new is $250 +.
LG is little over + cost of sleeve replacement + extender price .

The problem I had with PMP is it just sticks to glans and creates a vacuum noose . I was very sensitive below corona after use. Its very easy to get blisters with PMP at lower weights .

My total man extender + compression hanger which I plan to use as extender arrives tomm. Will update you with that too. It’s compatible with LG and other devices .
