From what I’ve seen, the Best Extender looks to be the best option.
Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.
Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.
Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

"Auto" because this product has been out in the market since well before the concept of ADS was invented and commercialized. Monkeybar is a pioneer.
I bought my first vacextender around 2007-2008 and still have it fully functional. Cant beat American made by Americans.

I’m trying to figure out how to get a better seal, because I like to pull down on the cylinder, to get a good stretch. I’m about to order an updated version of the small inner cylinder. Mb says it’ll fit the medium size deep cup better.
