Vacuum Extenders - Erect Stretching

With the numerous vacuum rod extenders out there… does anyone else do erect extending?

Kinda happened by accident but now I am thinking why not try it?
I use an RJx rod extender and am looking at finishing a session with 15-30 minutes of erect extending.

Has anyone tried this?
Would never do this with a noose but with vacuum…

It will probably give less results. A common theme is the bigger your girth the lesser your length gains.

What I find interesting about it is,

I can stretch .15-.25” past my flaccid stretch length with a vacuum rod extender. While at this length I can then get an erection and remain .15-.25” beyond my BPFSL.

That has to count for something to help make some new gains, doesn’t it?

Nothing wrong with getting an erection during a stretch, but in order to actually gain size, you need to be flaccid, and you need to stretch for very long periods of time. If you can maintain an erection for a few hours a day, more power to you. But it’s not really feasible or recommended to only stretch when you’re erect.


Starting BPEL: 8". Starting girth: 6.5"

Goal BPEL: 9.5". Goal girth: 7.5"

In the noose days I totally agree but with a vacuum rod extender I can apply the same force as hanging 12 lbs.
If hanging three sets of 20 minutes a day can produce results, why couldn’t extending for an hour or two a day at higher forces produce the same?

The mitosis induced by stretching the cells apart works best at a certain force. In the big extender studies looking at what force produced the best result less was more and if my memory serves the best results came from 900g to 1100g which is also the results the penimaster pro is based on and why it only has 1150g max force in its springs it is not a question of having cheaper springs it is to produce the best results.

I know the studies and as a newbie I followed the advice and information and just like the studies, I saw growth.

Here is the point or where I was hoping to take the discussion: those studies are done with newbies. They don’t have studies done on people that have done PE for one, two, or three years.
After the first six/twelve months the gains slow down dramatically and the old methods no longer produce.

We have newer tech to clamp the penis in an extender and I am just curious about if there are options out there to use this tech better and see some additional gains?

There is a guy in the penimaster pro thread who has gained 2,5 inches the gains slowed down but never stopped for him.

2.5” thats crazy!! I would kill for an extra inch.
I plan to return to my extending routine soon to push for my final goal of 8” BPEL.
From my experience in past, extending results are correlated to total time under tension, so more hours is better.
However in terms of tension, I belive there is a mid-term and the best results are with mid tension (900-1200g)


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

Im glad to hear another guy with great extender gains. Myself im busy recovering from a glans blister from forgetting to empty the air before entering the pmp. Cant wait to get back into extending. Im using the esl40 while recovering it keeps bacteria away from the wound and speeds up healing with its low vaccuum pressure. Actually almost healed in 5,5 days already.
