Title says it all, would wearing an ADS (Autoextender medium sleeve, the blue one, or any ADS) while you sleep, after your routine/session be beneficial to cementing gains? Not gonna lie, I use an extender while I sleep. Adds another at least 3 hours to my routine. Only thing is I’m very aware of my body and will automatically wake up if there’s any pain. Start with the extender pointed downwards then when I wake up to discomfort, I turn it upwards. And vice versa. It’s very dangerous, I know, so I get why it’s not advised. But just wanted to let you know that it works for me, because I noticed everyone else said the opposite. Easy to take off when my cock had had enough stress and my cock seems to have better rest afterwards once I sleep for the rest of the night. Great for my morning EQ. Just a different perspective. Always be safe though and do what works for you!
