What is the newest and most effective extender on the market?

Cause I would like to finally get results. One day there will be something that actually works.

I don’t think there is a ‘most effective’ extender on the market. It’s a matter of finding what will work for you. I personally use a noose style extender (and it has worked VERY well for me), but many people find them too uncomfortable or even painful. Some people use the vacuum style extender, but there are people that can’t use them because of blistering that can occur.

What product(s) have you used?

This is it. They all work with the same principle. Just a matter of comfort.

The most important things are the rigidity of the frame and of the mechanism used to hold the tension.

Any extender can work. Lots will break before you get results.

One of the worst things is when your extender pops off and pinches your skin or slaps your nuts. Especially if in public or some other situation where immediate attention can’t be given to that area.

Laughing my arse off simply because this happened to me overseas and I tried to run into a McDonalds bathroom only to find that I had to pay coinage to use the bathroom. Then I had to wait on line to order fries so I could get coins to use the bathroom to finally get privacy to give attention down below.

The one that is the most effective is whichever one allows you to put in the hours at tension. Only thing that matters is hours with effective tension.

I got off an airplane at the old Denver airport, felt sick, found the bathrooms… and they all had coin slots to get in. I wasn’t carrying any change. Fuck it, I could throw up on the floor for free. And I did. I pity the poor guy who had to mop that up.

Totally agree! What ever method or device that is most comfortable to you.

Like others have said you need to be able to stay in the device and log those hours, if you can’t its just an unused paperweight.
