Or buy a new headpiece (or whatever that piece would be called) altogether?
I used to own an auto extender, which for the most part i liked better.
But the Phallosans hand pump vacuum is so convenient and easy to use. It’s hard to go back the the AutoX’s mouth vacuum.

You should contact Phallosan customer service with your invoice number and picture. I believe you will get a free replacement part.

That’s basically what I did, $5 for the part, $20 for S&H.
I also got the epoxy though.
